Was asking about Call HFA forgivable loan. quickly gave 3 excuses of why it was not a good program and pushed me to go for the conventional loan through Wells Fargo. Tried several times to ask about other programs and other option. Every time the questions did not get answered. When calling this out the agent started defending herself saying, all I am doing is stating the facts.Felt unheard and unwanted. I would not recommend this place to anybody, no matter their financial situation.

I am a long time WF customer so I went to them to refinance. What a disaster. Stay away from WF and loan consultate Sonia Elgin/Campos. Her incompetence cost me over $700 in fees and many hours of wasted time getting documents all for no loan. It gets worse, after her mistake, her manage, Yvonne and all of the higher ups supported her and used fine print,that she should have known, to make sure the multi billion company didn't have to refund $700. Hopefully this prevents others from having the terrible experience that I had.

The worst experience I ever had to apply for a loan. I was applying for the home loan for my new home and they constantly missing some information. I submit the some document 4th times and every time they tell me a new thing need to change or apply which causing a huge delay on my application. The worst thing is they discriminate people by their nation origin. They will request additional document which they don't request for normal applicant and trying to some hard time. And even you have those document ready, they will always try to find some flaws in your document. This kind of practice is very ironic when they advertise they reestablish on 2018.
