This wonderful pharmacy is everything Walgreens and CVS are not. Friendly, efficient, responsive and helpful. And as a bonus, there's almost never a wait because they are fully staffed all day long. I counted six busy employees behind the counter at this one little shop. Compare that to the 2-3 overworked and demoralized staff at the big box stores and you see why service is so much better here.

Customer service and reliability has gone downhill. I've used Wellness for a few years but they are no longer reliable in filling prescriptions. They'll tell you they will fill your prescriptions but then call you to tell you they need more time and promise it'll be ready the next day, only to get another call that they're still not ready - basically you will not get your prescriptions on time even when you're filling ahead of when you need it. Save yourself the stress over getting your medications on time by choosing a different pharmacy.

New refill system sucks, didn't work and then after some time got signed up for auto refill without knowing. Asked for cancellation and refund but later again getting charged for the same.

I would very much caution against using this pharmacy! They charge you an $18 fee to use your Heath Savings Card. Which they will not give you notice ahead of time either.

Chaotic. Don't return phone calls. Had to wait 15 mins for prescriptions called in five days prior. I will not return.

Best pharmacy around. Knowledgeable and efficient staff, and they even pick the phone! They will deliver to nearby locations, too - and they follow-through (call you back, etc). I highly recommend.

Best pharmacy around! It's refreshing to find a pharmacy that makes you feel like you can ask anything and get an informed answer. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome and in good hands for all your pharmaceutical and dermatology needs. The staff is super responsive and the delivery service is incredible. I got my prescription in 2 days. Highly recommend!

Have rather mixed feelings about Wellness Pharmacy. Over the phone with my wife, they were incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable of their inventory, prescription prices, and medication coupons that applied. My wife never felt rushed over the phone, and they really made sure that my wife felt confident in her choice of pharmacist given that the medications would cost us thousands of dollars. When we arrived however, the same warm and fuzzy feeling we received over the phone was definitely not reciprocated by their employees manning the counters. There appeared to be a complete lack of empathy exhibited from the staff, and wait times were rather long to fill drugs that should have already been ready by the time we arrived. While waiting for our prescriptions, we browsed around the pharmacy and noted that they sold a lot of retail products of limited quantities. As well as some random household products, snacks, and drinks. A good portion of the retail products lacked pricing however, so it was difficult to determine if something was worth buying without bringing it up to the registers. Free parking is available out front in their private lot.

I was extremely disappointed wwith this pharmacy.The first time I filled a presciption I gave them a pass. On that 1st. occasion I called to see if they got my presciption. Thay said they did and when I got there they had me wait 15 min. to get it filled. The next occurence happened today. They had my prescription for 3 days and not a word that they had recieved it or that it was ready. I called the 2nd day and they told me to come in the next day as it was not ready. When I got there the next day, they asked me to wait as they had not filled it yet. If I could give it a negative star I would. Don't believe the great recommendations. Do Not use this pharmacy...it's bad!

The staff at Wellness Pharmacy were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. They were attentive and took the time to answer my questions and provide information about my medications. The pharmacy had a good selection of prescription and over-the-counter medications, and I was able to find what I needed without any issues. The wait times were reasonable, and the prescription was filled accurately. While it was a good experience overall, I'm giving it four stars instead of five because there is always room for improvement. Perhaps offering more convenient hours or online prescription refills could enhance the customer experience further. Nonetheless, I would recommend Wellness Pharmacy to others, as they demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer care during my visit.

It was the most unprofessional and unorganized place. They don't check their voicemail regularly so when the doctor called they didn't check until lthe next day, then when I went to pick it up, they said I have to wait til the pharmacist check with the doctor, I called back again and told them that I have a flight to catch and need this medicine, she (pharmacist) assured me it would be ready by 1:00, went to pick it up at 1:30, they couldn't find it and said pharmacist is out to lunch, you have to wait till 2:10 when she is back!!!! Not welling to call or assist me any other way! When came back to pick up, I asked why the hold up, the answer was I don't know!!!!!!please look for your medicine elsewhere, they are not worth your business.

Independent pharmacist who has a great reference from doctors that know some meds are too expensive out of pocket or even with insurance. The girls there are friendly and they sell coke a cola there! Lol I offered a photo. They used to make urban compounds here, not sure of that now but coupon- voucher friendly!

AJ & Angel were so helpful. Really put my mind at ease and went above and beyond to ensure my expensive meds got to me on time. Also this is the cheapest place to get Omnitrope!
