The pharmacy is especially incompetent. Very hard to impossible to contact them by phone. I'm on hold now ... every 3 or 4 minutes someone picks up and says "please hold". My prescribing dentist's office confirmed that all their patients have nothing good to say about this place.

I've only been at this particular, Walgreens to pick up different prescriptions and this particular day I was pressed on time. I really like how clean this particular Walgreens is, and there's usually not too many people inside, but this particular day, the whole plaza was filled! Lol, no one was actually inside Walgreens except for the workers and the three people in line ahead of me at the pharmacy! Lol so I have no idea where all those cars/people were from the cars parked out in front! Anyways, I was able to get my two vaccines, since I'll be traveling soon yet one of them I was able to get maybe 20+ years earlier than had anticipated due to a personal health issue that I'm pretty sure is on my health chart and yet the pharmacist at this particular location asked me how and why I was allowed to get that particular vaccine. I told her it should be on my chart and if my doctors Prescribing the vaccine for me. I believed I was supposed to get it and follow my doctors orders. She pressed me and asked me again what my health concerns were. I didn't feel very comfortable stating it out loud what my personal health restrictions are, especially since there's glass in front of everyone and I would be yelling into it while everybody could hear me. What about HIPAA?! Anyways! I was able to get the two vaccines I needed, but I will give them only three stars because of the awkward double questioning my doctors orders of a vaccine, and then the fact there were only three people in line ahead of me, and it took me 45 minutes to get my two vaccines . Granted I know one of the vaccines takes 20 minutes become ready because it Has to sit out of the freezer or something for a bit. Still only three stars. I'll probably go back again, but hopefully they won't question me about my health in front of everybody! Oh and I love the fact this Walgreens is in Los Gatos and I got lunch near by at a coffee shop. Hee.

Their power went out and they did zero work to fix their pharmacy issues. I got a notification to pick up my medication but they are closed. There is no one answering phones. There is no one helping fix pharmacy issues. There are hundreds of patients without the ability to pick up their medication and there is no help from Walgreens to help these people get there medications at a different location. The professionalism and care is NONEXISTENT. All of these people's medications are on hold and unable to be filled because there isn't any effort at all to give information to other pharmacies. I'm at CVS and there are about 12 people here with the same issue. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never use Walgreens ever again. They clearly do not care about people and have given zero thought to troubleshooting if a power outage occurred. Unbelievable.

I have been to this walgreens pharmacy since it opened many many years ago. It used to have lovely customer service. For the past 3 years the service has declined to some of the worst service I've encountered. Very rude people work at the pharmacy. I could write countless stories of the rude service. The latest one: my Dr called in the prescription, I saw it show up in my Walgreens app about 30 minutes later with the "canceled " status. I called into the pharmacy, was put on hold 3 different times and then they picked up and just hung up the call. I called back in, this time reaching someone, and I explained the issue with the prescription saying canceled. The rude lady proceeded to ball me out for using the Walgreens app, she said "I don't know why people like you use the app, we have printed the label and are filling out the prescription". This was in a very intense and demeaning tone of voice. Sadly, I am so sick and can barely move, or I would cancel with them and use a different pharmacy. Walgreens, you need to do better.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The customer service in the pharmacy is horrific. They are always understaffed. I am moving everything to CVS. Avoid doing business there.

Literally the worst Walgreens in the world. Whether the pharmacy or the cashiers at the front, the staff is surly and unhappy. They clearly hate their jobs and while I feel for them, they definitely take it out on their customers. Every time I go there, I have to get myself ready to be treated horribly. You are always left feeling like they hate their customers because it shows in nearly every interaction - whether getting a prescription or asking them to unlock the Advil. If you can find any other drugstore to go to, I would highly recommend it.

Pharmacy phone response is atrocious … they put you on hold and the they pick up and put you on hold again and again and again … hoping you would finally give up. It’s so unproductive because then you have to go in person and pile up in line making it worse for everyone else … Walgreens uses a phone answering service from the 1990s and slimmed down their staff to a skeleton crew that works around the clock their job is thankless … very sad.

Pharmacy: impossible to get through via phone, put on hold over and over. I've gotten countless calls and emails that a prescription is ready for pickup but when I arrive they often "can't find" it. It's the worst service I've experienced and highly recommend going elsewhere

The pharmacy customer service is the worst. When I have to call them, they put me on hold at least 10 times. Even when I finally get someone, they have to put me on hold in the middle of our conversation, and they never come back, and I go back to the beginning of the line again. It is so frustrating,

Extremely poor pharmacy customer service. Constantly dissatisfied with their online/ phone support. Its very strange that we have to go in person and stand in line for 30min to even know your prescription status. Please do something about your service. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be if you are ill and calling the store over and over.

Take what you think a product will cost and add 30% to it. That's what this Walgreens does.

You have a worker who is still sitting at home with no hours. The store manager for store 07326 Linh keeps taking my hours off I am willing to work I am flexible except on Thursdays when I have class. Other than that I can work. She is running the store on minors oh well. Guess they don't want me.
