    I think the pharmacy customer service has definitely improved over the past couple of weeks. Not sure what changed, but whatever they did is definitely working.

    The pharmacy is especially incompetent. Very hard to impossible to contact them by phone. I'm on hold now ... every 3 or 4 minutes someone picks up and says "please hold". My prescribing dentist's office confirmed that all their patients have nothing good to say about this place.
