This place really fell off after the pandemic. It's like a ghost town here, and the service is non-existent.

As a long time US Bank customer, I was disgusted at the service of the guard standing in front of the bank. The guard profiled me for being a Black female and asked me to "screw off" (exact language used by him). I waited patiently for my turn to use the ATM machine and when I get to the ATM this guard confronts me for no reason at all. I take out my identification and he quickly leaves and stands at his post...as if he did not just make a huge mistake profiling me. He never apologized for his rude behavior. I withdraw my money at the ATM as usual and leave while this guard stares creepily at me when I drive off in my car. He ought to be fired. This bank is racist, and anyone who does not heed this warning will be faced with lackluster, terrible "service" from their staff.

Felipe Cruz has been handling my business banking for a couple of years. He is highly professional and goes the extra mile in getting things done. The downtown Los Gatos branch is the best branch of US Bank and everyone there is a pleasure to work with.

Went in to the bank and dealt with the branch manager Felipe Cruz. I should have known when insaw him wearing a hat in the teller line that he wold be unprofessional. However we were advised that he was the only one that could help with a big check that we needed to deposit. Long story short... as a branch manager he knew nothing about handling the transaction. We sat in the lobby and waited a long time while he made some phone calls. After that we followed his advice on his to do the transaction- days after nothing happened! He gave us the ring information and it's been a total waste and time! Better to take your money and do business with a more knowledgeable financial institution.

Their service is always on point. The employees are very friendly. I've never seen more than 1-2 people in line which means you get in and out in minutes. Wire transfers take 5 minutes. Security guards in the parking lot meaning no one is holding this place up. Atm right out in front. It's a bit more tricky to go to now because of the one way ness of the road. Plenty of parking. My business banks at Wells Fargo. Much busier there.

Worst bank....on hold 1hour and 17 minutes and still holding. This bank doesn't deserve our business!!

I recently founded a small nonprofit organization and was looking at various banks with which to start a checking account. US Bank's rates and transaction fees were significantly kinder to small organizations, so I decided that they would be the best fit. I've worked primarily with Brenda, who has been very well organized, kind, and easy to work with! She explained all of my options very clearly and is able to answer all of my questions. I've never felt any pressure from her to do anything for which my new nonprofit isn't ready, and there are obvious opportunities for upselling that she has simply presented without being aggressive. Really like Brenda - the only reason why this isn't a five star is because there was a slight hiccup in communication between this branch and the rest of US Bank, which made me have to come back a second time. Brenda resolved the issue though so that the next time I came in, everything went perfectly!

If I could give this branch manager Steve Martina a negative/black star, I would not hesitate. I had made a comment/questions of "multi-tasking of hands and mouth" to a Sr. teller/Maria in Campbell/San Tomas Aquino branch. She had HUGE EGO, but LITTLE ABILITY when I asked her a meaning of bank code.. She shut /slammed her teller door to my face and saying "You don't tell me that- Like I am not allowed to.". The next minute I knew that she boycotted me with El Paseo branch of their Hispanian cohorts with Hector and Joe. I was refused ALL BANKING services from those two branches. They refused my cash payment to my US BANK credit card, very rude to me and insulted me. Steve Martina NOT ONLY SUPPORT their overbearing, domineering attitude (no wonder they dare to mess around customer account) like they are the KING of US BANK, and NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I have been banking 20 years and had NEVER EVER ENCOUNTER such BANKING BULLIES. I hurried to other branched away from this crooked banking to withdraw all my cash, direct deposit...etc. They later CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I have to say I just encountered a "totalitarian banking crook" who try to dominate you under their pleasure. I would not entrust my money with them. They denied my legal rights to pay US Bank credit card and charged me 3 times of balance of $ 70 to $216. What a predatory banking way to make profits out of customers. Conclusion: I would NEVER EVER have ANYTHING TO DO WITH US BANK.

This place deserves 10 stars because I have never been more satisfied. First of all, I have had many different and some negative experiences with my OTHER two banks, but the U.S. bank in this location is by far the best! They have exceptional customer service, and they have such a welcoming feel, whenever I walk in. Everyone is extremely easy to talk to, and I could tell that they truly care about their customers concerns or issues . I honestly love this bank so much, that if I were in town more, I would stop by just to say hello because they are that amazing. Again this branch is nothing short of great, which is why I don't understand how in the world they have such low reviews, but anyone reading this - my ENTIRE family comes here and I've gotten other ppl to switch as well and there is nothing but positive feedback. So whoever wrote something negative, has to be a negative nancy!

This branch is a joke. Yes their friendly, but how can a branch operate without having the tools that they need to do so? I had my account compromised and canceled my business card over the phone and was told that I could walk into any branch to get a temporary card until my reissued card would arrive in the mail. They didn't even have any business temporary cards in their branch and when I asked the manager why they didn't, he just gave me a dumbfounded look and babbled on about how sorry he was, which didn't help matters, since it was 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. I had to go the Hamilton Ave branch to get my card. This branch and the one on Campbell Ave are the only branches that seem to have their act together and make customer service a priority. Needless to say I'm searching for a new bank to transfer my business account to.

Best bank in Los Gatos. These people are very friendly and helpful. The parking lot lady is very nice and I usually work with Reggie who is always willing to help me.

Since my husband does our bank stuff, I rarely went to the bank but they seem to be extremely friendly and helpful even after we moves out of the state. If we have a problem, they will do for us without hesitation. I say, that is a good bank.

This seriously might be the worst banking center I have ever been to. When I moved to Los Gatos, I decided to open an account here and yes, they are extremely friendly and super incompetent. I can even convey how many times, they didn't know an answer or the best when they would deposit money in the wrong account. The parking lot attendant is" friendly" but actually so invasive. Can i please just go to the atm without telling you what I do for a living, where I live, how long I've owned a car, where I shop, what I am doing in life? It has become beyond invasive, I used to race inside and but when the numerous times the tellers were lost, and didn't know business and the amount of times, I had to passed on to a manager for a simple question "Can I link my checking and savings? " I left to B of A a much more intelligent, reliable, and assertive no nonsense bank and I don't even like them that much but come on guys really depositing in the wrong account twice and not understanding numbers? I actually witness the teller pull out a calculator to minus $25 from $50........ sad. I would suggestion to not bank here and wish you the best of luck if you do.

I have banked here for several years, even when it was still Bayview Bank. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. You get good personalized attention, which is nice. It never seems too busy like some of the bigger banks. I like this branch much more than the El Paseo branch bordering Saratoga and San Jose.
