I had a fantastic experience getting legal documents notarized at the UPS office in Los Gatos. Roby, the gentleman who helped me, was a true professional. Despite me not having an appointment, he was very accommodating and took care of everything efficiently. He was a pleasure to work with, and I really appreciate the excellent, timely service. I will definitely be returning for future needs!

I dropped off a return at UPS recently, and Dana was awesome! She made sure everything was packed up securely and was super helpful the whole time. Honestly, probably the best experience I’ve ever had at UPS—all thanks to her.

This is the absolute best UPS store and I’ve used many. I have a frequent need for notary services and Dana really knows what she’s doing. Dana never makes mistakes, is fast, efficient, and so personable and friendly. Dana and other staff members are so helpful for people who need a chair or a little extra help. And of course, shipping services are done well , especially packing.
