This place really fell off after the pandemic. It's like a ghost town here, and the service is non-existent.

Felipe Cruz has been handling my business banking for a couple of years. He is highly professional and goes the extra mile in getting things done. The downtown Los Gatos branch is the best branch of US Bank and everyone there is a pleasure to work with.

Worst bank....on hold 1hour and 17 minutes and still holding. This bank doesn't deserve our business!!
