Trim is the best grooming service in the South Bay! I have been going to them for almost years. They have always handled my dog with care, are very professional, timely, communicative, and they run a very clean shop!They make fantastic edible treats and meals for dogs! We always get the yam cookies and chicken jerky strips and my dog cant get enough of them.I highly recommend trying their services and buying their products for your furry family. ♥️

We took our pug, Lucy, and dachshund, Neon, to get nail trimming at TRIM Dog Grooming & Food place. At first, we were hesitant because the pug gets so anxious and usually requires medication to calm her nerves before going to our vet for nail trimming. Our appointment with Yuko and the entire staff was an amazing experience. The staff was warm and welcoming and the facilities were very nice and clean. The boutique has treats, and a wide variety of gourmet and dietary foods. We will be sure to come back to TRIM Dog Grooming & Food. Thank you Yuko and the entire staff for making our first time visit so special.

Super rude customer service. I inquired about a trim and they seemed to ask quite judgementally about matted hair. I was put on a wait-list, and then when they called me for an appointment it was for same day availability. They were disappointed when I said I couldn't come in, which I found unprofessional. They asked me if I still wanted grooming for my dog, to which I responded that yes I do, just that I'm not available at the drop of a hat to come in (*I said this in a polite way, that should have readily been understandable given the circumstances and timing). I never heard back from them. Save yourself some time, go to a groomer that doesn't just know how to trim dog's hair but also knows how to professionally run a business.

We love Trim, and our dog loves it even more. They are super friendly, you can see how much they enjoy what they do. Our dog, Frankie, didn’t like going to grooming before, but when we discovered Trim, he totally enjoyed it, and doesn’t fight to go inside, he actually enters the shop so happy!! The service that they offer is great!! Overall amazing place and amazing people

Be advised they do not take new customers; I called many times over the past 6 months (I'm a former Fluffy Puppy customer) and I get the same response; we are all booked up.

I'm not sure who's happier to go to Trim, me or my three dogs. Yuki is wonderful, with the utmost concern for detail and care of our dogs. Her store is adorable...a testament to the amount of love, detail and passion she has for dogs. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

This was my first time at TRIM with our new dog, and they were beyond amazing! We just got a bath and de-shedding, but they did everything I asked for and more! My dog has anxiety, but the ladies who worked with him at TRIM did their best to make him feel at ease. I appreciated all the feedback they gave me afterward as well as to what they did and how we can improve his next visit. We've taken our chow chow to TRIM previously, and they were the only groomers she would let touch her because of how patient and gentle they were with her!

My dog loves TRIM & she's been going here for a couple of years. The staff are cheerful, gentle with the dogs, cleans them spotless & I trust them. Trim is a neighborhood treasure.

There is literally no other place we will take our dogs to get groomed, TRIM is the best! We have a big Golden and a small terrier mix and they work their magic to make both look so stunning with grooming. They are so clean, friendly, and welcoming! Not to mention they create their own, healthy and holistic dog food and treats. When our pups get groomed, they come home looking and smelling amazing, no PTSD from their experience. I cannot rave about them enough!

If my wire fox terrier could write this review, he would! Let me channel his comments: "I love TRIM Food. Especially the Chicken Herbal Soup and Beef, Kale and Beets. Every bite is a rich indulgence of satisfying aroma and hunger satisfying flavor. Its beautiful too. You can see pure clean fresh ingredients mixed just right; not a mashed-up mush of I-dunno. This is chow made by people who love their pets! And the Small Bite Snacks are pretty darn good too. Currently I'll do rollovers and cartwheels for any of their meatballs or cookies. I get their goodies as toppings. Wish my servant (owner) would ditch kibble and honor me with only TRIM cuisine! That's Four Paws up from Foxey!"

My Papillon boy went there twice, and we keep going to TRIM! It's a bit far from my home but it sure is worth going there.Pros: Gentle handling, easy scheduling and payment system, responsive to my questions, yum dog foods optional.Cons: None.I've never seen such a neat trim on his paws!

We really love Trim grooming. The groomer Yuki Is very professional and creative. We like the teddy bear style look on our red miniature poodle and of course the shampoo smell.

I love TRIM grooming. Yuki is really amazing at what she does and she always gives our dog such a great haircut! Everyone there is very friendly and I have no problem taking our maltipoo there to get a haircut and bath. When he comes home, he smells good for a pretty long period of time and his hair becomes so soft. Thank you TRIM grooming!!
