Overall, such a welcoming experience, the employees in here are a very dedicated, although pretty small they do have good food selection. I highly recommend the Chili and lime chips.

I went in to return an unopened and unused Almond Butter, but Sergio who was helping with return I found him to be rude and treating me with bias and his tone was awfully condescending. This is Silicon Valley and you are in Los Gatos with residents who are highly educated Techies, Doctors and executives in Fortune 100 companies know your audience and work on your customer service.

I come here weekly to buy groceries with my mom. I love the products at Trader Joe’s! The brioche bread, corn puffs, hold the cones, Belgian waffles, everything but the bagel seasoning, dark chocolate, etc. are just a few of the items that I adore. Plus, there are a lot of organic foods, the prices are great and a lot of the chocolates, etc. are from Europe. They also have seasonal products. During the Fall it’s pumpkin everything! Holiday season it’s peppermint time! The employees are very friendly and helpful. One of the ladies wore a decorative hair band today. She was cheerful. I didn’t see her name tag. I wear various hair bands at the retirement community that I work at.

New management fired all the workers replaced them folks who fit the diverse crowd to serve as a public token for the owner to show how fair they are (the irony here, lol). I literally witnessed some girl getting let go in public and the conversation was like “I’ve worked here for years and done a great job, I don’t understand why I’m being let go”. So yeah the new owners seem nuts, not just to discriminate but also to publicly fire someone
