I've actually worked with Tracey on two occasions: once to purchase the house I thought would be my forever purchase, and then again four years later to sell it. It's all good, I had an opportunity to move elsewhere and live my best life.Both times having Tracey on my side was amazing. She was kind, patient, and advocated for me in a transparent and truthful way. She's super knowledgable, quick to help, and has many contacts to assist with all aspects of either purchasing or selling a property.I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Tracey McNeely for the first time when she listed my condo for sale. With nearly 20 years of experience in selling properties in Silicon Valley, Tracey's expertise was evident throughout the entire process. We recently had the pleasure of working with Tracey and Natalie when selling our California home, giving us access to two extremely competent and experienced realtors for the price of one!Tracey and Natalie worked together seamlessly and nothing fell through the cracks. They went the extra mile to be accommodating of our very busy schedules, holding meetings with us at unsocial hours and they were always available to contact with any questions.Their attention to detail and professionalism shone through from our first meeting, where they presented their thorough research of the market to help us with a price point and walked us through all of the paperwork explaining everything in detail. Tracey and Natalie each gave their honest opinion as to how to get the house ready for market, noting improvements we could make and which would give us the best return on investment.They have built excellent relationships with many local vendors, getting us multiple quotes for each job and even pushing back on pricing to ensure we were getting the best value for money. They were extremely well organized, scheduling and coordinating all of the work required with clockwork precision and we were always kept up to date on what was happening and when. Tracey is great at providing details quickly, making things easy and she goes above and beyond to make things happen. She got me a beautiful place under some difficult requirements, but found a way to make it all happen in a way I could never have done in my own.
