“Thank you, Caroline and Michael!!! I had three other tow truck companies cancel/deny towing my car that wouldn't start because it was a difficult job (parked in a parking lot and couldn't go into neutral) . I had been waiting 6 hours for the other companies contacted by my warranty agent, each of which fell through. Once my agent contacted South Bay Towing, Michael showed up in less than an hour and towed my car, in traffic, all the way to the east bay! He demonstrated his expertise and was professional and friendly, a great help in such a negative situation.”

“My family has been using this location for a while and they were suggested when I needed my brake light replaced. I called and they told me to stop by so they could look at it. After assessing my light, they ordered the part and were transparent about the estimated price. A few days later I got a call that the part was in. When I came in, they took probably 15 minutes to fix it. I was totally expecting my car to be unavailable all day, I was so happy. These guys do good work and are reasonable in price. My family has found them reliable for many years and we plan to go back to them with any of our autobody needs.”
