Tim and his team were such a pleasure to work with. My fiancé and I closed on our home in July and I'm so happy my realtor referred us to Tim. We worked with Tim and his team on a mortgage for our new house. There were some strange zoning issues, but Tim and his team worked hard with us, the appraiser and the real estate agents to get everything done as quickly as possible. Throughout the process there was great communication so we felt like we knew what was going on the whole time. I will also say that we feel like we got a great rate as we checked with a mortgage broker we'd used before for comparison and the rates Tim was able to get us were much better. I highly recommend working with Tim and his team.

Take it from someone who has worked with other lenders in the past and depends on Tim to deliver, he is top notch and easily one of the best lenders around.He is smart and always looking out for the best interest of the client -- one of the few lenders in my career that I've seen send someone elsewhere if he felt it would be more beneficial to their situation. His team has some of the quickest processing/close timelines (a big part of offers that win!), competitive rates, and my clients have always given me positive feedback about their experience working with him.
