Truly phenomenal customer service. I needed a plush bunny for a friend who is a bunny lover, but, it being Christmas, plush bunnies were not in season. So what do they do? They go to their warehouse and bring back a selection for me to choose from! Not only are the staff caring, but they have sommelier level knowledge of toys. If you can’t find what you need on their shelves, they can tell you where to look, whether it’s another local toy store or a brand you might not know about. I’d give them six stars if I could. A heartwarming experience every time!

This toy store has been around for 35 plus years. What used to be a great old time toy store has really lost its charm once they changed locations from Old Town Los Gatos to their current location. It is still worth a visit to check it out if you are in the area.

Great local business with a well curated selection of quality toys, crafts, and gifts for kids ages 3 months-14 years old. These toys aren’t what you’d find at Target. Staff makes excellent recommendations. They even gift wrap store purchases, which is so wonderful when buying a last minute gift. Highly recommend.

Whenever I visited my California relatives, I stopped here and stocked up! I loved the puppets and all the games. I've bought toys for kids from birth to 12 ..And also for me to have on hand for visitors. A truly delightful store!

Most of the employees are quite helpful and nice. There are a couple not helpful but enough there you can ask someone else. Usually a large selection of toys and good about ordering items not stocked if able. Was my go to shop for years.

Large store with a big selection. Have shopped here for years. Customer service is important to me as is supporting local business. Most employees are quite helpful and informative. They did reach out and resolve my issue and I have to respect that they did reach out to rectify they situation.

This is an old style neighborhood toy store where staff is friendly and care about their customers. They have a very well curated assortment on all price ranges, which makes it much easier to trust what you are buying (instead of going through hundreds of reviews when buying online). It is worth considering when you are looking for a nice present and supporting local business.

My children are grown and now I am buying gifts for co-workers kids. This store never disappoints. Such a wonderful selection of unique, educational, and thoughtfully chosen toys. There is not another toy store like this. People I know who grew up in Los Gatos have fond memories of this place. I have great memories of taking my own kids here for their Brio train parts. The best place all around to get toys. And the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. It is nice to see they hire students too since in this day and age, they are in competition with adults looking for jobs too. Will always come back here for toys.

Love this store! I just bought a wonderful stuffed leopard that costs twice as much on Amazon. My friend found a great "squishy" she's using as a fidget toy. I appreciate the free gift wrapping. Really friendly employees.

Unfriendly staff ( immature teenage girl). Also not dog friendly per this person as she rushed us out of the store (was just entering to get some exciting toys for a 3 year's birthday). Will never go back!
