Summit Outfitters provides great bike service, but the customer service could improve. The staff seemed a little grumpy during my last few visits.

Ryan was awesome helping me get my Alchemy all rebuilt. His help with parts selection was much appreciated.The turnaround was really fast too. I recommend this bike mechanic shop!

Great place to rent bikes and the best part is it's located right next to the Los Gatos Creek Bike Path. Chris and Aria were awesome to work with and really took care of our family!
