Using the Los Gatos location (convinient). Storage unit are smaller than advertised so measure yourself. They force an additional insurance fee (this was only disclosed after I moved in). It is $12 for a small unit, but would have been better to know earlier.

Maria helped my family and I move in and she was beyond helpful. She was so thoughtful and kind to us. We were running late due to traffic on the 17 and she stayed late to help us unlock our storage unit. Maria was amazing!!!

Extremely easy set up, went online, selected the size unit I wanted, uploaded my info, went to the unit and met John the manager, he gave me the rundown and handed me my lock and keys, made sure I knew exactly where everything was and the lock ( new ) worked,
I was in and out in 1/10th time I thought it would be.
