Happy to give this local business 5 stars. I took my old Suburu Legacy there a few days ago (first time) and the service was fast and friendly. A much better experience than I ever received from my DGDG dealer, that's for sure.

I needed a fuel filter for my diesel truck. They were able to order and do the work within a day. Once I went in, it took an hour for the fuel filter and oil change.

Received an oil and filter change this morning. They provided quick, excellent service. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be going back for future oil changes and smog checks.

Returning customer, first time using yelp. I went in for a routine oil change, been coming here as a regular customer for a while now and have had good service until now. When pulling into the service lot I can see that the oil changing stations are full. I kindly park in the parking spot and wait my turn as requested before. Granted they do have stop signs that direct you to the right area but as instructed before I was waiting in the parking spot available right by the station. After a technician comes out he's helping another customer and notices me when he directs me to pull up and begins to explain that I need to be pulled up right behind the station and wait to be serviced. I kindly let him know there was no rush and that I was just trying to be polite and not block any traffic since the lot is so small. He begins to get annoyed and digresses to filling out the paperwork for the oil change. He then starts to list off the correct oil and filter that I will need for my car but I kindly let him know that I've brought my own oil and filter specifically for my vehicle as I have done every single time that I have been serviced here. To my surprise he cuts me off and says that they no longer service any vehicles who bring in their own parts or fluids as it is their new policy. This is really shady and very sad since they would rather upcharge customers for their low quality oil, filters and parts. I've been working on cars my whole life and just wanted to get a quick oil change done for my fiancés car since I don't have the space available to do it myself. If you are thinking of coming here it's not worth the time. Support smaller local businesses that won't rip you off or take advantage of you if you have little knowledge on cars or vehicles.

I trusted too much. For a simple oil change I was charged $99.99. With a $15 coupon they reduced it to $91 (should have been $84.99 - still an outrageous cost for a 20 min. oil change - yes, I watched the time carefully and saw my car taken out to the parking lot.. I waited 10-15 min. before they came in to take my money. Maybe they thought this 93 yr.old woman won't question. It was too late when I later looked over the receipt Yes, I trusted too much, but never again.Kate B.
