We were having issues with the PDF not printing correctly, and Brenton came over and had us sorted and on our way in less than five minutes. “I had to get a new passport at the last minute (note: the Dept. Of State no longer adds pages to existing passports, who knew?) - and I stopped by Walgreens for their so-called passport photo service and of course "the" person who does those photos wasn't in. I quickly looked for other places near me and AIM came up. I will now go to AIM for every possible service they support - shipping, keys, photos, etc. They were SO nice, SO professional, SO quick - and they even had a proper lighting setup for nice photos. They also have a great canine mascot who is very welcoming and makes the whole seemingly mundane experience exceptionally pleasant.”
“I use this location for large format poster printing (menu signs) and shipping needs. It’s a small crew here so I get to see the same polite people every time. Placing my poster print orders online is easy and has a decent turnaround time, almost always next day. So happy for this location near work! I flip flop between this one and the Sunnyvale El Camino one depending on where I am in the South Bay.”
