I trust Shepherd Jewelers for all my "bobbles". Shepherd customized beautiful new wedding rings for my anniversary a few years ago. They are more than I ever dreamed of. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for any jewelry purchases or design work.

I needed to get some rings sized and small stones replaced. Jeff helped me out and I had my rings back within the same week and at a reasonable cost. That is where the story begins. Next I brought Jeff a band style ring that had been cut off my finger. The shank was "tweaked" - slightly twisted - and three stones had popped out. I did manage to save the missing stones. I had originally brought the ring to the jeweler where it was purchased and they told me it could not be fixed, but it could be repaired to the tune of $2900.00! Hopeful I brought the ring into Shephard and Jeff thought he could fix it. Again he delivered, after about a week he gave me a call and I picked up my beautifully repaired ring - for less then $200.00!!!!!!The shop has a nice selection of some shiny and sparkly pieces and their prices are great. Can't wait to pick up a few pieces

Jeff and Bill are amazing! The artistic, meaningful ring and necklaces they designed to create an extraordinary set are absolutely stunning. The project I gave them was extremely unique and tricky, using more than the usual gems and materials. Titanium plates and screws that were used in my skull after surgeries created major nerve damage causing me shocks of pain, especially while eating. As you'd imagine, people often worry when seeing this. Having the ring and necklaces help me explain my situation greatly, as I have a tangible object to show. It is clearly proven here that beauty can be found in unexpected things, if the given materials are used in the best possible ways.

Jeff and Bill are in a class by themselves. I challenged Jeff to create completely unique, unconventional pieces yet gave a list of criteria. The items he made surpassed all of my expectations. I have a ring that has vine marquee diamonds on it. One of the diamonds fell off. I actually waited to get this fixed because I wanted to find a quality jeweler who would help. I didn't want to send it into the company I originally bought it through because I have had a marquee fall off before. I was working a shift as a server and a couple highly recommended Shephard's Jewelers! The process was easy and the man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about my ring. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! He was able to tell me things about my ring I never knew. Ever since I picked up my ring I cannot stop staring at it. It honestly looks better than when I first got the ring. It sparkles so much! Thank you so much Shephard's Jewelers for the amazing repair and clean on my ring!

I was looking for a pearl pendant for my wife and visited a number of jewelry stores without success. My wife is very picky about her jewelry and I just couldn't find something that matched what she wanted...until I went to Shephard. He showed me some beautiful options and the one I chose turned out to be perfect...and it was very reasonably priced as well. We will definitely go back to Shephard for our next fine jewelry purchase.

After 2 other jewelers we're NOT able to help me redesign a ring I inherited, I found Shephard. Jeff instantly showed me what I could do. He gave me an estimate on the spot. It's a very different experience to work with an actual jeweler rather than the sales people at most jewelry stores. I'm very happy with my new rings and bracelet, all completed exactly as we discussed and quickly. Highly recommend for a pleasant experience.
