My ladyfriend and I have been to this store many times. She's purchase quite a few pairs of shoes at great prices. She's also purchased some dresses, also at great prices. Customer service is quite good, and the clerks try to be as helpful as possible. We really like this place!

Not only do they have the BEST shoes, the sales person who helped us was AMAZING with my daughter! We were trying to find graduation shoes, and my daughter started sobbing because nothing fit her feet. She was feeling so insecure, she said she didn't even want to go to graduation. The sales person was SO kind and sweet. She said, honey, we are going to bring out every shoe in your size until we find the perfect one for you! And when my daughter was still teary, she said, "You know, you are going to have so much fun with your friends at graduation, you won't even think about your shoes." With that, we found a pair, and indeed, she had a BLAST. The shoes were great, but the level of kindness and empathy that this lovely young woman shared with my daughter with will be forever in her soul! Thank you!!!!

Really nice stylish clothing, shoes, and gift selection all in one cute boutique, if you can withstand the staff watching you every second!! Makes for a really uncomfortable shopping experience when all they're responsible for it seems is making sure people don't steal and collecting the dough. They also have snippy attitudes if asked general questions :-o so beware. As someone else mentioned, the store is small enough so they shouldn't need to follow you everywhere! They need DEIB training and should sensor tag their items if they're that concerned. That would help bring repeat customers.

Poor quality, and customer service. I am very disappointed with my last experience at this shop. I have been loyal customer for a long time and was so disappointed today when I purchased many items and they didn't warp them properly and broke before I even left the store. They did not replace the items or give any credit.

This is seriously one of my favorite stores, not just in Los Gatos but also anywhere! Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful, I always come out of the store feeling happy and uplifted. I cannot recommend it enough, the vibes and the clothes are great!

I was welcomed warmly into She She and had the best time shopping around the store. They have such a good variety of clothing, shoes, bags, and gifts. Love it all!!!*new edit*If I could give this place another 20 stars I would! I just placed my first online order and received my items FAST! The online ordering experience was seamless and my items came beautifully wrapped and packaged. Highly recommend ordering online for any occasion!

I've been a big fan of She She since they opened in 2009. The store is COLOR COORDINATED and I always manage to walk out of there with something cute (for myself or as a gift!) Literally my happy place.

I took my daughter to She She this week to purchase a few new items for spring. They have a lovely store with fun merchandise and fashionable items for a wardrobe refresh!I purchased three outfits for her and the prices were very reasonable. We shopped the store rather quickly as we were a little pressed for time. The clothing is set up nicely with color coordination and sizes in order. It makes it really easy to shop especially when you are in a rush. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. It made for a very pleasant shopping experience.
