I’ve been here numerous times and never had an issue. Last time I’ve been here I was welcomed by an employee who asked if I needed help to find anything (to which I didn’t because I knew exactly what I wanted). Sadly they didn’t have things in stock that I needed so I just decided to walk around the store to see what they have. I was then approached by another employee asking me the same question If I needed help to find anything to which I said no thank you.NOT even 5 minutes go by and the women that welcomed me in the store asks me again if I need help. At that point I was getting irritated. The staff should communicate to each other on the walkie and keep each other updated about which customers they have checked up with already.I had a feeling as if I was being stared at, as if someone kept watching me WHICH was true as I saw other employee just looking at me from a decent distance. That was it for me and I just left the store without buying things that I wanted.PS for the employees: just because customers like to look around your store IT DOESNT MEAN THAT WERE TRYING TO STEAL. Please stop assuming that. I felt uncomfortable and irritated about the whole situation.

Really friendly workers but really low on stock. Seems like every section was missing at least a few times. The service is fantastic but they can’t bring out the product magically…

What an awful experience. I don't want to be a Karen but I don't want to ever shop at Sephora again. The product that I purchased burned when I applied it. I lost my receipt and they couldn't find my purchase from my banking statement because it wasnt itemized and they usually use ur credit card used previously but it didn't work. Sooo my $30 purchase went down the drain. Very disappointed. Haven't had that bad of customer service in a long time actually. They just could not resolve.

Writing this review because the girl with the purple in her hair helped me find everything I needed, and you know sometimes other sephora's have employees that just ignore you but everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful, but especially her. She even suggested a new setting spray I haven't tried before, the Charlotte Tilbury setting spray and girl.... my make up really does last all day! Love it here, definitely gonna come back if I need more things :)

I was pleased to find that the sales associates are very friendly and down to earth. (Some other shops in the area have employees with major attitudes and it just makes shopping a chore there.) Also, since not many people know about the location yet the selection is better than other Sephora stores. Will be happy to return!

Love love love this location. I'm specifically writing this review for the gentleman that greeted me at the door who ended up helping me pick my Nars shade. I came in on my break & I told him I was in a rush but I needed to make an exchange in a few days. He immediately said he'll give me samples of the 2 foundation shades we were going back and forth on. Not many Sephora employees offer samples and I thought it was so sweet that he did. He also explained the foundation tones and what would go best with my tones. My favorite Sephora I have ever been to hands down! Love the customer service and attentiveness.

Our daughter is getting married on Sunday 9/4. My wife had her makeup done last week at Los Gatos Sephora liked the out come and scheduled an appointment for 9/4 morning of the wedding. She was just notified by them that they cannot do the appointment on 9/4 due to some b******* reason. You cannot expect these people to meet there commitments.

I was so excited when they came to town. But I have to say it’s a nightmare going in there so I only order what I need online. Every time I go in I get approached by at least 3-4 sales reps asking me if I need help. Being asked 1-2 times is ok, however when I have told them each single time I got in there that I don’t need help I know what I’m looking for - I expect to be left alone. But they keep coming back asking 2 to 3 times each if they can help me. I can’t concentrate- I certainly can’t look at new things to see if I like it because I just want to get out of there ASAP. I guess they are trying to stop people from stealing? But it’s just really annoying when there’s no one in there hardly and they keep following me around. I don’t go there anymore. So whatever I can’t get at Bluemercury or Macy’s I just order online from Sephora.

Not one to leave reviews but super disappointed with my makeup service today. I will admit I was 10 minutes late to my 60 min appointment but the makeup artist didn't finish my face. She sent me out with my false eyelashes lifting. Once I left the store both came off. Very frustrating considering I had a photo appointment an hour later in San José. Not only did my falsies come off but I asked that she cover my freckles and redness and my forehead appeared to have little to no coverage. She didn't set my makeup with setting spray or add any contour. My look was incomplete. I did not think it was worth $60. The makeup artist was sweet and I was under a time crunch so I tipped her an paid but I felt rushed out because her next client arrived. Sephora shouldn't book back to back visits with no coverage. If clients are paying a service there should be a late grace period because my face was unfinished eyelashes not properly placed but i was sent off. Would NOT recommend because if you're late your face won't be finished.

This has quickly become my favorite Sephora to visit in the Bay Area. Don't let the size of the shop cast any doubts, your favorite brands are here, albeit in a more compact offering.Bottom line: I can still get my skincare and haircare favorites and have exceptional service without worrying about parking at Santana Row or another busy shopping center.Go grab some lunch or dinner downtown when you're finished. Los Gatos downtown is strong and full of great places to explore!
