Seb is an amazing real estate professional! He is truly passionate and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the properties, agreements and rules and regulations... Recently, Seb saved me a big trouble with his valuable step-by-step guidance, whereas a real estate lawyer could have made the situation way more complicated and costly.
I know many realtors, but Seb is the only one I would 100% trust and rely on.

Seb is an amazing realtor. During a really stressful time when we were trying to sell our old house out of state while buying a new house in Santa Cruz, he was there every step of the way, providing us with reminders which helped us ease our nerves and ensure we weren’t missing any crucial steps. Seb offers an honest perspective and will advise you whether or not to consider a property. Communication via text and email are great. He creates video walkthroughs, which were especially useful for us as much of our time was spent remotely searching for listings. It’s also worth mentioning that Seb knows a lot of contractors and is willing to share his expertise about the area. We searched around Aptos and Scotts Valley but ultimately decided on a beautiful, affordable condo near the beach in Santa Cruz, right next to our preferred school and convenient to shops and a decent work commute. Thanks Seb, you are highly appreciated and we look forward to working with you again should we decide to relocate.

Seb worked with us months before we listed our home. He gave us advice, support and had a calm positive can do attitude. We had 100% of his attention though out the sale of our home even after Escrow closed. My daughter also sold her home with him as well as another referral. (Another agent had failed to sale her home but when Seb took over the listing he sold it in short order.) We would not hesitate to recommend Seb!PS: we could have used many more adjectives such as professional, excellence, creative, intelligent, honest, punctual, attentive etc etc etcOur final comment is our home sold in 4 days and over asking.Thank you for reading our review.

Having Seb Frey Realtor helping us purchase our first home was the best thing that happened to us.Seb was professional and extremely patient. We saw a total of 31 houses until we found the right one.We also lost 6 bids in the bidding war zone. Seb was very supportive. We were so sad, that we were thinking to rent again and not purchase a house.
