I'm a loyal repeat customer of RH. Tonight I passed through the store to get to Chez Phillipe because we were running late and even greeted the sales lady and apologized in advance and she had the audacity to put both hands on hip and give all 3 of us dirty looks. Never patronizing this store due to rudeness.

This used to be such a cool store. I went with a color sample to match a bath mat I wanted. “We don’t have those here anymore. You must get it online.”It’s no longer a nice store that you’d go into to shop around. It just seems like another custom design store. The coolness is completely gone.

I bought a lot of stuff from them so I have been using them for over a year now. I am more or less happy with their product so far. But RH are you listening??? You need to provide warranty on your products. They are not cheap.
