This is store is absolutely disgusting, it seems as though all the staff are at their wits' end and freshness of product is not a priority. If you can, make the drive to Campbell Nob Hill instead.

I've recently switched to shopping at Nob Hill in LG, after being a longtime shopper at the nearby S-Way, where all the employees seem so unhappy. This Nob Hill store is chill, has most everything I need, and the employees are pleasant, helpful, and have been there forever. No self-checkout stand in sight, which is great, and good customer service.

Horrible selection of bread everything was burnt and dry. Went to the deli to get a sandwich and the lady was packing garbage and then try to make a sandwich with the same gloves on.

Always have loved Nob Hill for what they have and the staff.

Nob Hill used to have the best prices in the area for national brands, hand down. But since the pandemic, its prices have skyrocketed and it's become one of the most expensive grocery stores in the Los Gatos area for comparatively average products and mediocre selection. It used to be the down-to-Earth lottery cost option compared to the fancier nearby Safeway, Lunardi's, and Whole Foods. But no longer! It's now MORE expensive for many products.Here's a photo of Rice Chex at a ludicrously expensive $8.49 for an 18oz box. That same box on that same day is $4.79 at the San Jose Target on Hillsdale, $7.49 at Los Gatos Safeway, $6.99 at Lunardi's.
