It was my birthday and I stopped in to pick up some crème fraîche. I needed help to find it and an amazing staff member (I wish I had the name of the male) not only walked me to where it was, but on my way out the door handed me a bouquet of roses and wished me a happy birthday. 🤩 Where else would you get that customer appreciation? Thank you Nob Hill! Made me a loyal shopper!

Bakery section is depressing. Dark. No ice coffee. Whole store has kinda sick green lights. And the meat area smells fishy. Store lighting is greenish, Staff may be friendly but store is depressing. So different from the Nob Hill in Mountain View!

This is store is absolutely disgusting, it seems as though all the staff are at their wits' end and freshness of product is not a priority. If you can, make the drive to Campbell Nob Hill instead.
