I stopped by last Saturday to get a quote on my damaged Mazda 5. Gary was very friendly and honest with me. He fixed my car in a timely manner and the result was exceptional. Thank you again !

Gary, the owner, is so incredibly nice, accommodating and helpful! I hit my new car on the side of my garage and Gary couldn't have been nicer helping me fix it. I visited a few auto body shops and Gary was by far the most friendly, honest and welcoming. I think so highly of Gary and the way he runs his business and I'm so glad I found my go-to auto body shop! I will highly recommend to friends and family!

Gary will get easy fixes done for little to nothing. However, this is a very casual shop with no boundaries or professionalism. He said to bring snacks in exchange for a fix. When the fix was done, asked for a peck on the cheek from my daughter. This is completely unprofessional, a violation of boundaries, and borderline harassment. Do NOT go here if you value professionalism or basic respect of women.

Highly recommend this body shop. Gary is dedicated on helping his customers get the quality work they deserve. He works well with insurances. And for me he went the extra mile. My car was totaled and my car was picked up by the insurance earlier than they said they would. Gary was thoughtful enough to help me get all my personal belongings out of my car before they towed it.

This is my third time taking a damaged car to Preferred Image, and all three times they did an unbelievable, amazing job. Cannot recommend them high enough!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars - Gary is truly a hero, as far as I am concerned. Way more honest than the other body shop I dealt with, he stepped in and repaired my car for a reasonable amount after the body shop my insurance company sent me to jacked up their estimate 2x, causing my car to be unilaterally totaled by my insurance company. Did you know, by the way, that it's a misdemeanor to take possession of your totaled car, even if the damage is purely cosmetic, without re-registering it as a salvage vehicle? And that, in order to re-register the car as a salvage vehicle, you have to pass a brake and light inspection? And finally - your lights have to be in brand-new condition in order to pass said brake and light inspection? Even if the light itself sustained no damage, if it's slightly out of place as a result of cosmetic damage to your rear quarter panel - you will automatically fail the inspection, thereby guaranteeing you can't re-register the car, as required, until the cosmetic damage is fixed. This is where Gary comes in. I had multiple quotes for $10k+ to repair my damaged quarter panel, which is insane - I'm not sinking more than the car's blue book amount into a cosmetic repair. However, after telling Gary my tale of woe, he took a look at my car and told me he'd fix it for a flat $5k. He was true to his word, too. He charged me $5,000, and not a penny more, even though he said the total cost had actually worked out to $5,100. He gave me a certificate guaranteeing his work for life, and even went so far as to ask me to bring the car back for an hour so he could fix one small thing that wasn't up to his exacting standards. This was after I told him it didn't bother me, but he insisted. My car looks fantastic - good as new, and better yet - I just re-registered it with the DMV today, so I'm no longer completely paranoid about getting pulled over or getting into an accident with a car that isn't properly registered. This place is AWESOME. I'll be a customer as long as Gary stays in business, although I hope not to need his services all that often. Thank you Gary!!

This autobody shop is amazing! Not only did they fix my bumper and go above and beyond, but they offered to wash and change the oil as well. They are so friendly and are truly in your best interest. Definitely recommend Gary's the best :)

My car was never fixed correctly. Gary never had the time, never made the time, to properly fix my car. I had to have it fixed properly by someone else.

10/5 stars. I never write Yelp reviews but this shop was so amazing that 5 stars cant even begin to describe. I was having a nightmare of a day- after leaving another shop to fix my brakes, my bumper started scraping on the ground and my car was un-drivable... I searched for the closest body shop and found this place, called in and asked if there was any room for me. I needed the car fixed by the end of the day and was extremely stressed but the shop was so welcoming, kind, gracious, and genuinely made my entire month. The owner Gary took a look at my bumper (which was barely attached to the car by the time I managed to get to the shop lol) and told me to come back in 2 hours. I was amazed and so so grateful- even though the shop was pretty busy, he managed to fix my car super quickly, very thoroughly, and extremely generously. All of the workers I talked to were so sweet and upbeat, the environment of the entire shop was lovely. I will most definitely be using this shop for everything in the future, it is definitely somewhere you should try out- you will not be disappointed at all.

My rear left door was entirely dented and needed to be replaced. Everyone at Preferred Image was more than willing to help us out and even gave us a generous discount. Their communication was great, they said they'd have my car for five days and immediately called me when it was ready to be picked up. Will definitely be using them in the future if anything else happens!
