  Pertira is RUDE. Met with Helen. Every review written about her is true. She is RUDE and Unethical. I saw an advertisement for a house on Zillow with a monthly rent of $4295. When I tried to apply from Zillow, they disabled it, asking to email but no email id given. I called and they refused to talk on the phone and messaged me that Rent is now $4495. I still said yes as I wanted to test them. After a week they showed me property while changing rent online to $4395. When I questioned them for constantly changing rents she first refused. The Text was not from her but from someone else from the company which she owns. I asked how someone can do this then she WARNED me openly that DO YOU WANT TO ARGUE with someone whom you are looking to rent a property. It was openly threatening. Also, it is illegal to advertise with lower rent and on the phone asking for higher. All her texts were extremely rude. I was sure of not taking the property but I still want to meet her and cross check reviews written about her. Yes. all reviews are right. She is RUDE and UNETHICAL. I also understand that she charges (deduct) hefty amounts when you leave the house. Don't go into this scam please.

  took over $4300 deposit!!!! for what they call General damages (?!?!) and $1000!!!! over cleaning. which everyone know that cleaning is never up to $250 for the deepest cleaning. $700 for fixing dishwasher- which I can buy a new one in $500!!! what?!?! Im shocked!!!! they are rude. and I will fight to get my money back! i took every picture of the perfect house I left.

  Had a good feeling about this company when reading reviews until I spoke with Sheri. She is outright the rudest receptionist I've ever spoken with. This should not be the first person your prospects speak to.

  horrible experience as a tenant. They are rude, dismissive, and do not care at all about their customers. Requests for maintenance are always an uphill battle. They take the attitude that maintenance to the unit is caused by tenant negligence and that you should just be glad they completed the repairs. I have a strong feeling that the service we receive is due to the fact my girlfriend and I are minorities.

  Pertria was everything they'd positioned themselves to be.My Property Manager, Qadria Bokhari, was fantastic! Over my 6+ years renting a 3-bedroom duplex, I found her to be prompt, reliable, and ever-supportive. Qadria was always available yet non-intrusive, acted fast on my maintenance requests, and made wise decisions as to the level of upgrade needed when things broke. She was consistently personable and professional, operating at a high level. It gave me great peace renting the Pertria property with Qadria managing the contract. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat, insisting on Ms. Bohkari as my Property Manager.

  Pertria has excellent service. Qadria was highly recommended to us by a friend whose property Qadria has managed for many years. She and her team are professional, competent, experienced, and trustworthy. All the problems with our rental units are promptly taken care of with outstanding communication and patience.

  Cannot say enough great things about Pertria and the company's property management capabilities. Specifically, the property manager Qadria goes above and beyond to ensure that tenants have a great experience renting at Pertria properties; she is so responsive and caring! Would recommend Pertria 110 percent. I have not met a more friendly team that wows both owners and renters with the work that they do.

  Helen and Qadria are awesome. Qadria is a rock star. Her property management skills are superb. She always keeps me abreast of all the issues regarding my properties and always has a suggestion or two as to how to solve them. I appreciate her guidance and professionalism when it comes to screening tenants and making sure all of them remain happy and continue to renew their leases! Helen is the leader of this real estate team. She is relentless on behalf of her clients. Whether she is selling one of my homes or representing me in a purchase, she always gets me the best terms. She is well versed in all the nuances of real estate transactions and has an uncanny ability to resolve problems and get the deal closed. In our last transaction, we received 17 offers which she had put into a spreadsheet with the pros and cons of each offer. After a quick review, I turned to her and asked her which one we should accept as I knew she had my best interests at heart. You will not find another agent who will provide you with the same high level of service that Helen provides. Quality service and really nice people. What else can you ask for?

  We started renting a unit managed by Pertria in April, 2018. So far, it's been a positive experience. As is to be expected, there were a few repairs that had to be made shortly after our move in -- these were done promptly. When there have been problems (i.e., HVAC unit rusting out, overhead fluorescent light ballasts burning out in the kitchen), Pertria very promptly had someone sent out to remedy the matter. I'd provide an update if the move-out process is negative (though, we've no plan to move out any time soon), but if the move-out process is anything like the rest of our experience working with Pertria, I expect to be happy.

They insured that both properties that were sold had full disclosures and received excellent offers. They have managed our current properties for many years with care and are always responsive to our needs.

  Qadria is the best, most efficient, proactive agent we have ever worked with! We couldn't believe how quickly and thoroughly she managed fixing up our rental property (with probably close to a hundred small tasks and fixes that needed to be addressed and tracked). Everything was done incredibly quickly and the place rented (to ideal tenants!) almost before the paint could dry. Qadria is also a pleasure to work with: pleasant, friendly, and a great communicator!
