Very frustrating. I drove 6x on a Monday and Tuesday. Website and phone message says they are open Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm & closed for lunch between 12-1pm. No one opens door nor do they pick up phone. Left message requested a call back. No call back received. Their sign has been on the floor and no sign of an operable business. A huge disappointment and inconvenience.

I called ahead to check how busy they were before 11:00 AM on a Monday. Actually, I wasn't expecting the phone to be answered, but it was answered and I was advised that they weren't busy - AT THE MOMENT. When I arrived before 11:30 AM, there was a woman waiting in the waiting room and another being served inside. While I was waiting, 4 more people walked in the door - all at separate times. The phlebotomist, who's commonly the only person there, went through my paperwork, made copies of orders, and led me to the back room to draw my blood. The way he inserted the needle resulted in a bruise on my arm. I don't think that he cleaned the insertion site with alcohol wipe, either. At the expense of expediency, I think hygiene was sacrificed. I hope he doesn't mix up the lab orders. Tips: Do your lab in the afternoon if you don't have to fast beforehand. Afternoons are not busy. Make sure you don't go when the lab is closed for lunch, though.

This is the second time I have used this Path location for blood draws. Each time, I was greeted quickly, my med insurance and other info gathered efficiently, and then my blood was drawn. The office (waiting area, office area, blood draw area) is clean. The technicians know what they are doing. They handle the draw professionally with very little, if any, discomfort even when they have to connect a second vial for large draws. It's good to have a place like this.

I just received a bill from Pathology, Inc. for lab work I had done 6 months ago! I was not aware I owed money, and the notice they sent said the account was past due! This was sent to a collection agency to ruin my credit. When I called to resolve the payment and let them know they hadn't sent a bill, their only response was "nothing we can do." Their customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I worked with Cynthia in the billing department who just didn't have any interest or desire in resolving the problem. Talk about the worst experience ever.

I really like this location. They are very quick and efficient. I don't think the place is dirty at all I just think it's an older building and that makes it kind of blah looking. It's nothing fancy but it's right downstairs from my doc and convenient. The staff have always been incredibly professional and friendly. This is my go to lab for sure.

Poor aseptic technique by the lab tech. She didn't wipe my arm with alcohol first before inserting the needle! I work in medical so I know. At least she was wearing gloves. Otherwise the poke was ok.

I went to Pathology Inc. for a three hour gestational diabetes test this morning. It requires you to fast, then drink a disgusting syrup, then have your blood drawn 3 times (once every hour). Not fun. The nurse who was working was very friendly and efficient. She chatted with me enough to calm me down, (I hate having my blood drawn) and she suggested that I take a deep breath when she inserted the needle. Her manner and her suggestions were very helpful. During the hour waiting period between blood draws, she told me I could leave and come back, which was nice. Too bad there isn't much around there. I just listened to my audiobook. I had no pain from the blood draws and I have three barely visible pink dots from where she inserted the needle, which is above average compared to other experiences I've had. I would go back here again (if I had to get another test), and hope that I got the same nurse!

My rating is strictly in response to the lack of hygiene. I am very disappointed.

Not going to lie, when it comes to drawing blood, I am a total baby with the process. I've had way too many incidents where they are not able to draw blood from the vein they pricked leaving me brusied black and blue. I hate the smell of blood and the sight of needles, so I am as nervous as can be during these visits! However, my doctor's office referred me to Pathology Inc. which is right downstairs from her office. Went early Friday morning shortly after they opened and it's a small office and only one person was in front of me already having her blood drawn. I signed in, showed my insurance card, and was soon on my way. I told the nurse about my fears and past incidents, and she was understanding as I clenched my fist even tighter. She found a vein to poke and as I looked away for what seemed like eternity, she told me I was done. My reaction, "REALLY? THANK GOD!" Was relieved it was quick and she got everything done on the first try! I would come back (if needed!) as long as I had her again!
