Best store in Los Gatos check them out. They make custom Niner gear. Best people own that store.

I love this place, a great selection of thoughtful, well made and unique items. I greatly appreciate that this was one of the few local shops that stood their ground during all of the craziness and unlawful and mandates that our state tried to force upon us the past couple of years. I will be a loyal customer from here on out.

I went back this shop a few months later after buying custom Bride, Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom tote bags from here. Mary and Charlotte were so awesome to work with again! I went to the shop to have Bridal Shower invitations made. I walked in with one idea, and BAM, we walked out with invites that were so great and fit our theme perfectly! Both my daughter (the bride) and I were so happy and we highly recommend them.

Super cute little shop with greeting cards and small gifts. They specialize in creating custom cards (wedding invites, holiday cards, etc.) and embroidered creations. What is really nice is that they don’t require a minimum order for embroidery, so I came here and got a few personalized gifts made. They can embroider letters or images like logos. The workers are really sweet and advise on what might work best (e.g., something thick like a sweater might be better to embroider an image with will need a dense thread count than a shirt). I love making personalized gifts and definitely will be coming back to make more!

Expressing political commentary is not good for business. I'm out. Thought I'd give this shop another chance but the political rhetoric once again turned me away.

Out of the envelope has the most fantastic invitations! From baby showers to weddings, to birthdays and holidays, they have everything. The owner and employees are always willing to help and give suggestions and they genuinely love what they do. They also make incredible bedazzled shirts, hats and bags that are to die for!

I'm boycotting this store because it displays "Let's go Brandon" T shirt. This is totally offensive to me and many others in the community.

I saw that this store is selling Let's Go Brandon t shirts - that's GQP code for "**** Joe Biden," and a white supremacist slogan. They also have ones that say, "Take him to the train station," i.e. kill him. Stay classy, Los Gatos.

My wife and I LOVE this store with a PASSION!! Mary is absolutely fabulous and her client service deserves 10 Stars. She is very passionate, upbeat, and is a creative genius without a doubt. We purchased a Reagan/Bush '84 shirt here and the fit is AWESOME! I will definitely be wearing this shirt on my days off and to the gym. We LOVE her products, and Mary, as she is a TRUE PATRIOT. It was such a BLESSING to meet Mary yesterday and other like minded Patriots! We will definitely frequent Mary's store each time we are in downtown Los Gatos and show our LOVE and SUPPORT. LOVE YOU MARY!

We had a rush job on a program for a memorial and our old computer program wasn't working. Mary was fabulous. Took the old program and made it work and then made the photo and type look much, much better. Planning a memorial is stressful, but Mary was relaxed, upbeat and cheerful through the whole thing. Final product was exactly what the widow wanted and we were very pleased to have such a good outcome. Would recommend her to anyone looking to do a program or invitation. You won't be sorry.

If you still love to send traditional custom invitations via US mail, then this is the place to go. I have worked with Mary for 16 years. She has collaborated with me on 5+ projects: birth announcements to confirmation to house parties and most recently a 50th Invite! I have absolutely loved each invitation, all uniquely different with the it's special touch! Mary is easy to work with, listens to your vision and provides helpful suggestions to deliver fabulous results. For your next event, I highly recommend you to stop by and talk to Mary!

I came here to get embroidery done on two shirts (a tank top and a t-shirt) that I will be gifting to my sorority littles (something extremely delicate and valued). I first went into the store with the shirts and showed them pictures of how I wanted the design to look. The final designs had text on the top back of the tank top and text on the bottom back of the t-shirt. I was told that a text would be sent to me to confirm the final design on the shirts and that it would be done in around 1-2 weeks. A few days later, they called to ask me to come into the store to clarify the design. This was fine, since this showed that they were being careful and making sure to get the order correct before putting the embroidery on. There, I drew out pictures to indicate the exact text and placement on each shirt (specifically text on the top of the tank top and text on the bottom of the t-shirt). After this, I waited a few days for them to send me a text to confirm the final design look on the shirts (since I wanted to see how the placement and sizing would look). When I finally did get a text, it was a photo of the tank top already with embroidered text on it. Not only did they do the embroidery without a final confirmation of the design, but the text was on the bottom of the shirt, not the top as I had clarified several times. I replied to the text message, stating that the location was in the wrong place and added some additional clarifications to the sizing of the text for the second shirt, as that one was not completed yet (I requested that the two lines of text be the same size, as the text on the completed tank top were different sizes). A week later, I still did not get a reply to the text message that I had sent, so I had no idea if the first shirt could be fixed and whether the second shirt was completed or not. So I called to ask about them, and I was told that both shirts were completed and ready for pick-up. I went in thinking that they probably saw my text and made adjustments as I had asked. However, when I arrived, I saw that the text on the second shirt did not match the sizing clarifications I had asked for in my text message. This indicated to me that they either saw my message and disregarded my request, or they simply did not bother checking for my response before proceeding with the second shirt (as they did it exactly the same way as the first shirt). In addition, the text on the second shirt was off-center! When I brought up the mistakes to the owner, she gave me attitude and told me that there was nothing she could do and asked me if I was going to take the shirts or not. I obviously was going to take the shirts, but I asked if I could get a discount since they clearly messed up on my order. The owner blatantly refused to give me a discount and I had to push her several times and reiterate everything that they did incorrectly, despite me putting in the effort to clarify the placement, text, and sizing. After a while, she finally decided to give me both shirts for the price of one. As an embroidery shop, the owner should understand that messing up a client's order is no small deal and that customer service is extremely important. To summarize, the communication and timeliness of the process of getting shirts embroidered here is terrible, and I would never come here again.

This store is so sad. The owner is rude and has the most inappropriate wear in her store. She should not push her political views on her customers. Don't shop here, there are a lot of other nicer stores that appreciate their customers. Read the reviews, and not the phony ones.
