Needed a replacement relay that controls air conditioner. They had it in stock, cost about $10. My A.C. blowing cold air again.

friendly and fast service. didn’t catch his name but the male employee with red hair helped look up the specifics of my car, even popped the hood to double check when i wasn’t sure exactly what i needed. good info, helpful suggestions, ultimately helped me fix my headlights without dropping a buck at a mechanic.

Been a few times for basic and specific needs, always manage to find what I need or a good solution. Helpful staff, can always look up make/model needs for you. Ashley was particularly kind and helpful!

It's pretty bad. I bought a lot of stuff from them through the years. Been a good customer. Now I'm buying a bottle of r134 (freon). I have the empty bottle to return because there's a $10 core charge for this little tin can. The girl wasn't going to give me my $10 back, because I don't have a receipt when I bought it 4 years ago. It just a deposit on a can or bottle soda. When I went there 4 years ago, I returned to two empty bottles and didn't have a receipt. Nor did they ask for one. So before the pandemic I didn't have to have a receipt. They're just so greedy. I also asked to use the restroom. Nope they won't let you. I'm going to start going to AutoZone or someplace else. I am tired of greed.
In response to the Owner of O'Riley response to my posting. Yada yada yada. Spoken like a true greedy company. Of course you're upset you might. You might lose a dollar.
Maybe you should spend the money educating your employees on how to give customer service. Then I wouldn't be writing these kind of criticism. YOU want me to come back get more "Disservice". How about you correct the problem. Them maybe, just maybe I might give you my money. You burned me once shame on you. Burn we twice, shame on me. So put your money where you mouth is. I tried of greedy companies like this thinking they can fool people, with there lip service. Maybe, just maybe a boycott will help? What do you think Mr owner?

Use to go to this location whenever I needed parts. Now I'm hesitant because their staff are high most of the time, and the smell tells. One of the staff that wears overalls makes me worry his rear will appear, not well dressed. And another staff, the homeless looking one, creeps people out when they sweep beyond their shop and goes to other businesses and other pedestrian cars, someone needs to manage where their staff goes. Won't be going back to that location.

Great customer service I was able to get help almost immediately and they have parts for your vehicle in stock and can help you find parts that if they are out of they can find out which stores will have it and how long it can take and how much it is and they can help adjust the price
