I dropped off a package to Office Depot to be picked up by FedEx a few weeks back and they lost it. I was given a receipt of drop off by a Office Depot employee and after a few days FedEx says they never got it and the tracking number is dead. I requested a insurance claim with FedEx and they denied it since they said they never scanned or received the package from Office Depot. I went back into the store and they basically told me that there is nothing I can do. I am out of a $500 tool and all they can say is sorry. What is the point of being a FedEx pickup point with a drop off receipt.... it means nothing. Do not drop off your FedEx packages here, they cannot be trusted and you'll be out of your money with or without insurance. I had to resend the package and this time I went to an actual FedEx store.

Samantha the manager made my experience at Office Depot absolutely brilliant. Samantha was professional, amicable and showed me only exceptional customer service. She assisted me with my copy and print request and delivered successfully. I am so grateful for her tenacity, patience and willingness to complete my project as my deadline was in 4 hours. THANK YOU SAMANTHA!!! I was so happy with my outstanding experience at Los Gatos Office Depot that I went into the store to purchase a new printer for the office. My experience at Los Gatos Office Depot was at 09:00 Saturday Morning. "The early bird gets the worm." I know this location gets quite busy as it's the only store of its kind in the Los Gatos bubble. If you have a deadline, arrive when they open. The store is normally busy so please exercise patience if you shop or require copy/print services after 10AM. Wow...first time visitor and I'm blown away. Brian one of the supervisors send above and beyond. I came in for 8x10 prints and first try they came out way darker than expected. He spent the time to edit the photos for me and reprint them. So grateful for your help Brian, thanks so much for the outstanding customer service.

I ordered a filing cabinet & they delivered it to the wrong city. It took me 20 minutes to get a live representative on the phone, and then they tell me that they have to issue a refund & then I have to reorder the item. I just want OD to send me the item I paid for as soon as possible, this is their error & they need to make it right.

I visited this location earlier this week, Monday I believe. I had visited an Office Max in Cambrian nearer my house to buy a printer for work. However, that location was out of stock of the model I desired. The staff member who assisted me, checked this Los Gatos Office Depot. They had one left and put it on hold for me. This was a nice store and the clerk at the register had my printer ready for me and retrieved ink for me as well. Staff at both stores were helpful and made sure I acquired what I was in need of. The printer works wonderfully so far and was a decent value. The ink on the other hand was nearly as costly as the printer. The cost of ink is just ridiculous!

Five stars for Kyle, EXCELLENT customer service. I love to shout out folks who go above and beyond to provide a top notch customer experience, and Kyle provided that today. This is the nicest Office Depot I've ever been in, with plenty of office furniture demos, well organized, with a full print center. I'll be back!

Prices are getting a bit high, but they did have everything I needed when I came in today. The staff asked if I had any questions or if I neded any help. I'm happy with the expeirence here today

good office supplies for sure. one of the cashiers DID spit at me and my friend though... seriously unsettling experience, still recovering. Just thought you guys should know, i've never left an office depot this scared before. never coming back.

My HP printer was on the fritz and the guy on the HP customer service line told me that my printer was obsolete, even though I was still able to print from my iPhone. I had printed from my MacBook Pro just a few days ago and suddenly, nothing... I went into this store and spoke with a few great salespeople and one of them recommended that I download an older driver to match my OS. I did that and my printer is printing again!!! This is a great store and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Office Depot Los Gatos!

I can't say enough about the customer service from Brian. I think he's the manager. Friendly, kind and meticulous. After working with a lot of local small printers I am so relieved to work with such professionals.

Rude Staff. Walked in just to ASK about business cards and was immediately told that they didn't know how to do that in a rude tone. Again all I did was ask. After another person came by they said they could do business cards but it would take a very long time. Again in a rude manner. 2 rude employees all in a span of 2mins.
