Mint Condition has made my life so much better in the 8 years that I have been working out there. I came to Mint Condition when I suffering from chronic back pain and low overall fitness. Through their personalized training program as well as the excellent coaches, Mint Condition helped me improve my health and strength. I no longer suffer from back pain and am able to lead a very active life participating in activities and sports!

Five stars! I originally came to Mint to work on agility and overall strength. My experience has been excellent. The plans are always tailored to my goals and my needs. My coach is encouraging and helps me do things I couldn’t do on my own. My lifestyle is changing for the better outside the gym as well… I’m eating healthier, exercising more, and staying consistent. If you’re looking for support on a pathway towards a healthier life I would highly recommend Mint!

I have been a Mint member for almost a year and I cannot say enough good things about the amazing staff, the approach to fitness, and the beautiful facility. Everyone there is so friendly, supportive, and encouraging. My trainer, Michelle (who is amazing!!), is continually assessing and revising my workouts to help me achieve the best results possible. Each 6 week program is completely personalized and provides a lot of variety. I’ve increased my strength, energy, and endurance - which I wasn’t sure was really possible. I’ve also had a lot of fun along the way!

I started at Mint about 5 months ago, looking to improve balance, tone up as I get older, and build upper body strength so I could throw a softball more than 20 feet. The experience has exceeded my expectations. I'm steadily reaching my goals, and feel pretty good. My trainer is Kyle, who possesses top-notch technical expertise and a pleasant demeanor. Moreover, the atmosphere is chill-yet-friendly, with a talented and warm staff. Finally, they take a sophisticated, data-based approach to your workout plan, and it changes every few weeks just to keep things fresh and make sure you're addressing your whole body.If you're still shopping around for personal trainers and you're in LG/Saratoga/Campbell/W.SJ, just call them and get started!

I started out at Mint about 6 months ago, and so far I’ve had the best experience I ever had when it comes to exercising in a gym. The staff is super friendly and motivating, and the overall atmosphere is great. I’ve been under Kyle’s guidance as my trainer since I started and I really appreciate how mindful of my fitness goals he is and just how well he caters our programs to them so I can get the most out of them. He also frequently checks in on my progress and gives very helpful advice on anything ranging from general nutrition to sleep patterns whenever I feel like I am in a slump. Hanna and Bradley are also always very helpful when it comes to general questions about membership and other program options, always look to give everyone the best experience they can and very much look forward to improve it even more.In my past 6 months with Mint, I can definitely say that apart from seeing visible results, I’m overall more energized and generally look forward to take on more challenges in my daily life.

I originally came to Mint to explore the idea of private training , it turns out it is something that fits my life style. I like to travel and play golf multiple times per week so I needed knowledgeable coaches to help me figure out how to train my mobility, strength, balance, while losing some weight and staying accountable.I've particularly enjoyed the private, small group atmosphere where I work with my coach Max who is the best! He is dedicated, professional, and really listens to me and makes sure I am working toward my goals. Even through I have had several injuries/surgeries, Mint has followed the path after my Physical Therapy to make sure I am not limited in my strength and mobility.I can't recommend Mint enough for their expert coaching, community atmosphere, ongoing education and resources for their members, and their ability to help clients get meaningful results.

I started at Mint Condition Fitness over 8 months ago after having a full hip replacement. I went through 3 months of physical therapy but found it did not add much value. I was feeling like I was losing overall mobility and strength and knew something had to change! Mint has been a positive change in my life. I realized on day one that Mint was very different from a traditional gym. The staff is truly invested in my healing and wellness and care about me as a person. My initial couple of sessions was with Max, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Max creates a workout for me every 2 weeks that meets my specific needs and includes stretching, balance and strength building. The progress is very evident at a comfortable pace for me. The best part is I feel strong! Max keeps the exercises varied and interesting. I am happy with the progress I have made in my body strength and overall mental health. I continue to be motivated to continue to work out at this amazing fitness studio. THANK YOU TEAM!

This is the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Mint focuses on my individual needs and goals, tailoring my program to achieve them. The staff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness, particularly as you age and needs change. I highly recommend Mint Condition Fitness!

I started working out at Mint Fitness with my physical trainer, Mitchell early this year and really love the experience. It’s a spacious , neat and friendly studio with a ton of equipment. Mitchell is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I feel very safe working out with her as she understands my limitations well and knows how to push me to achieve my goals without making me feel overwhelmed. I am happy with the progress I have made in my body strength and posture with her and that keeps me motivated to continue working out at this amazing fitness studio.

Mint Condition is THE VERY BEST!!! It is all personal training, but you are in a max group of 3, where each person is at their own level, doing individualized workouts set specifically for them. I wasn’t sure how that was going to work out, but the trainers are all so smooth in transitioning each person into their next set of exercises and you’re never left waiting to know what to do next. What I love most is the extremely high quality of all the trainers. They really know fitness, mechanics, how to keep you safe but also reach your maximum potential, nutrition and how to encourage you along in your fitness journey and goals.They are always watching and gently correcting if my form is off, so I don’t hurt myself, or encouraging me to keep going. They also seem to know everyone who walks through the door and always greet you by name. Love that!!! Max is my trainer and he is perfect for me. He is kind, gentle and will be your biggest cheerleader…But in reality, all the trainers at Mint Condition are awesome and you will be well taken care of by them all. I was born with congenital hip dysplasia and the treatment 57 yrs ago, they now know causes premature arthritis in both hips and knees. Max has me do exercises that strengthen my hips, knees, as well as my core, and not hurt them. If you’re looking for a great community of all ages, sizes and nationalities, look no further. If you want the very best personalized and individualized fitness care set specifically for you, no matter your physical limitations and a gym that doesn’t have a 100+ people all working out at the same time and making you feel self conscious or waiting to use certain equipment, look no further. After breaking my trochanter I was recommended to Mint when I had finished my PT. That was 7 years ago. Best decision I have ever made! I'm fitter than I have been in decades. Everyone I have worked with has been dedicated, professional and knowledgeable. A wonderful team of people who really care about their clients.

Last year, I started noticing that my balance, strength and mobility were all declining. It seemed like I kept falling and injuring myself. I just felt old. I noticed that one of my friends moved like she was always comfortable—like she was 10 years younger than either of us actually are. I wanted to feel the way she looked! When I asked what she was doing, she said she went to Mint Condition Fitness.I tried it out and joined. I was really surprised. I’ve never enjoyed working out. Mint is fun. The staff are always upbeat and genuinely friendly. My trainer creates a workout for me every 6 weeks that meets my specific needs and includes stretching, balance and strength. The progress is very evident at a comfortable pace for me. The exercises are varied and interesting.This is a great fitness option for people who want real health benefits, a great staff, a clean pleasant environment, and a tailored, personal program. I look forward to going and I feel disappointed when I have to miss a session.

Mint Condition has exceeded my expectations. Prior to joining I had not been working out consistently. On my own I never knew which exercises to do? How many? More reps with low weights or visa versa? I wanted to increase my strength (without hurting myself), tone up and maybe lose a few pounds...After 3 months, while my weight has stayed the same, I am down 3.5 lbs. of fat mass. More importantly, I feel energized. Each client at Mint is working towards their own fitness goal. So while you may be working out with others, the trainer is coaching each person individually. A shout out to my trainer - Kari - so knowledgeable and encouraging, who is now tailoring my workouts towards my newest goal of being able to do 5 pullups which will be quite the challenge for me at 62. With Mint's help I fully believe that this is achievable. Thank you, Mint Fitness!

Having been an athlete in college and very active during my twenties, my recent pattern in the gym was very similar to others I've spoken with. Go to gym, after about six seeks or so, decide to push it a bit more, get some kind of injury, have to stop, months later come back and do it all again. Over and over. Mint Condition has broken that pattern for me. Their approach of practical fitness (as opposed to growing big muscles for looks) has improved my balance, flexibility, and practical strength. One of the best side effects is that my plantar fasciitis has been cured! No more inserts for me. I've been going there over two years now, and no injuries, just steady progress. If you are interested in fitness, and especially if you are over 40, you should really check them out.

I was encouraged to join a gym by my children. Researching gyms in the Saratoga-Los Gatos area, I found Mint Condition Fitness and I couldn’t be happier, thrilled, in fact! In the past I’ve paid for gym memberships but seldom, if ever, showed up. I came to the realization that I am not self-motivated, and a personal trainer would be my best option.I set an appointment with Mint Condition Fitness and when I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile from Hannah! I then met with Andrew, who went over the membership plans available. Andrew was informative, professional, and not at all pushy! I found this refreshing. It was a big decision, but I decided to take the big step! I was overweight and out of shape and I owed it to myself to get in the best physical shape I can be at my age. I decided on six training sessions per month for six months.On my first visit, Bradley evaluated my strengths and weaknesses, along with my goals and set a training program to help me reach my goals. From the beginning, I felt in very competent hands at MCF! The professionalism, education and fitness proficiency and training of the MCF staff was a welcome difference from the other gyms.I can’t say enough good things about my Personal Trainer, Sean. He is always positive, patient and encouraging! He is, quite frankly, amazing and one of many reasons I look forward to coming to my workouts! His positive attitude and belief in me are greatly appreciated and has helped to keep me motivated. I haven’t missed a single workout in six months. I am very proud of myself and can’t thank Sean enough. He patiently helps me to do my workouts using the correct form to get the best out of my workouts and not injure myself. My neck and hip have given me trouble for the past decade. Sean works with me to adjust my workouts, so I don’t aggravate those areas. Since working with Sean, I have become stronger, have more muscle tone and the pain in my hip and neck have improved. As a bonus, I have lost 14 pounds!I am thrilled with my experience and my progress at Mint Condition Fitness that I have renewed my membership for 8 times a month for 18 months. I never imagined I would enjoy working out and look forward to it! Thank you, Sean, and the entire MCF staff for your support and encouragement!
