Beautiful decor. Great place to find nice things for your home especially sheets and towels. I bought some towels here about 5 years ago and was hoping to find some hard to find "madam satin pillow cases" but they didn't have any. I will check back again sometime.

I'm very impressed by the fast, friendly and tasteful service recently received from Joni. My partner and I are doing a dining room remodel and while searching for wallpaper we found a pattern that appealed to us. Looking at local distributors, I called Maids Quarters one evening. Joni was super friendly and said she'd take care of it. A couple days later, it came in the mail with all 4 color variations and a hand written card. What a nice touch! I can't wait to learn how my room will be remodeled so we can head down to order some rolls. Great service and friendly peeps.

Exquisite boutique, very enchanting and adorable. Impossible to resist touching everything and wanting to buy whatever you can afford. I felt so luxurious by getting a couple of those tin boxes with barely 2 pieces of chocolates each. The were so delicate and refined that to me mattered more the quality and sense of trying something different, than the price or quantity. Everything is pretty there, smells so good (they have many candles lit) and everything bed related is dreamy. Go for it if you can splurge a bit, perfect store to find special gifts.

The best. Absolutely. The have lovely things and the quality is the best. You will pay more here than you would at a department store but you will find unique things that last forever. They also have great design expertise and are helpful in even the smallest things.

I LOVE The Maids Quarters. Claudia and her staff are the best, the quality of her sheets, soaps, scents, crystal, you name it is so far above and beyond it is unreal. When you walk past you cannot help wanting to walk in because of the wonderful smell wafting out of the front doors. Her store really makes you feel like you have just walked off the streets of Paris. If you are use to the finest and best, this place is for you.

this is one of my most favorite stores in Los Gatos. My bedding that I purchased 10 years ago still looks like it's brand new. I love the items in there because I know I will have allergies or get sick from the content.. So now only beautiful but excellent to sleep on.. I just got two new "7th Heaven" pillows. They are truly heavenly.. Great service, fair prices and good stuff!

Everything in this store is beautiful. I bought 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, and 2 washcloths for over $300 and they're worth every penny. They were the nicest towels there, and I had been looking for that type for a while. They had to be ordered because I wanted them in green. When they arrived earlier than quoted, I got a phone call. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I love this place! So many beautiful, French, scented, soft, and pricey things. If you're on a budget don't go; you'll spend all your money. If you're not, you must go and spend all your money. The amazing thing is that you can buy an $8 French milled soap made in France of much higher quality and heritage than an $8 "French milled" soap from Anthropologie that's made in mass quantitities in a huge factory. You choose! Men: this is a perfect place to buy any female a beautiful gift. Believe me, the women will adore you. And the salesladies are all too willing to help.

Oh this place. I cant even begin to say what a nightmare/ guilty pleasure this place is. It is so "shi-shi" and at the same time who does not love nice sheets, towels and funky house stuff?? The GIANT shell encrusted mirror is just waiting for the sea goddess Yemonja to appear smack in the middle of it! It is santeria-chic or little elderly lady chic maybe. It is small and actually has some neat things tucked around here and there. Ya gotta see it!
