The amount of good things in this spot is incredible. More than the average liquor store, good prices and always cheerful staff. Glad that they are the local option when I stay at my home away from home.

Used to be my favorite place until last night 9:50PM 7/7/2023. I went in and got two Pliny the elder and tried a new flavor. The new flavor from Russian river beers tasted old I looked at the bottle date and it was from 07/2021. I called the store and they told me if I rode over I would get a new one or my money back. I went to the store and total chaos. A dark tall bald but with long hair started yelling at me and told me he would have to call the beer company before he could do anything. I told me why did he make me come back 10+miles? It was such an uncomfortable experience. If my wife or kid were with me I would have been extremely upset. I hope none encounters this situation. Lesson learned- always check expire dates and don’t try new beers

Earthquakes, Fires, Floods along with all the man made disasters as well.Los Gatos Wines & Liquors has been open with the most helpful and friendly staff in town. Los Gatos Wines & Liquors has past the test of time without losing their friendly neighborhood store feeling.

Cordial staff, quaint corner liquor store vibe. Plenty of non alcohol related sundries.

I don't recommend this place for beer or wine purchases. They are much more expensive than Whole Foods, Lunardi's, Campbell Wine & Liquors, and Safeway. Not only that we had a bad experience yesterday, Memorial Day, with the cashier. He was plain rude and not friendly at all. Don't treat customers disrespectfully when we're purchasing from your establishment. Clearly, due to mostly his attitude, we won't be purchasing anything from this store. I'll be sure to share this review with other local friends and social outlets as well.

Racist worker behind the counter. I understand carding me, as I look younger than I actually am, but this was a step too far. There was a nice, young white woman in front of me in line, and she paid for her alcohol with no problem. I honestly thought she was under age, but that's none of my business. I then went up to pay for my cider, which I was purchasing to take to my family's for Thanksgiving. The man at the counter asked me for my ID. No problem, I gave it to him and said I'm 29. Then, he told me to take off my beanie (which I was wearing as it was cold outside), and my mask. He barely looked at my ID, didn't even scan it. Then said "No, get out". And moved my alcohol behind the counter. I told him I work in the town, and can prove my age. He proceeded to raise his voice at me. I sat in my car, and watched as other customers came in to the store. All white, some even with their kids, no problem. I also watched other young looking white women buy alcohol at the store. I went back in and explained that I was very confused as he didn't even scan my ID, he barely even looked at it, and it seemed as if he only had a problem with me, a black woman. I also inquired about the girl who was before me, as she most definitely was underage, and that is when he started to yell at me, walking towards me. He just kept screaming in a panic that "No, she wasn't underage! I used my judgement, I don't believe it! I don't believe you!" This happened 2 days before Thanksgiving. Needless to say I won't be going back. Not sure why he didn't want my business, when he's risking so much selling to others who look even younger than me.

Super nice little store. Definitely has a ton of wine. More than liquor. Let's hope I hit on my lottery ticket.

Very friendly service. Never a long line. Lot of parking and easy to get in and out of. Eddie the owner is a very nice man who ensures great customer service. They have a large selection of items. I appreciate their staff, kindness, and the large inventory.

Way over priced. George Staggs for 799 dollars. At best it's a 95 dollar bottle of bourbon. That's price gouging.
