Erwina did a phenomenal job as I was recovering from ACL surgery. I was able to improve my strength by 50-100% in 4 weeks, which is amazing. I am very grateful for her support in this difficult time of my life!

As a dancer, I’ve gone through many different physical therapists. However, Erwina is truly the first to make an impact on my healing. From the first session I had already noticed a huge difference in the mobility and strength of my injury. I left every session feeling better and stronger. Everyone is very personable and I had genuine fun at each appointment. Erwina and all of the staff are highly attentive and ensure all of my concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend Erwina and LGOST!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Los Gatos Orthopedic Sports Therapy. I worked with Erwina for ACL recovery, and I always felt simultaneously challenged and cared for by Erwina. Being an incredibly active person, learning my knee pain was the result of a degenerative meniscus tear felt devastating. I took the risk to forgo surgery and found LGOST. Each week I worked with Josh, he focused on building both my strength and confidence to resume the activities I loved. I was impressed that there was a new challenging exercise or technique each week which allowed me to see my progress in real time. After 12 weeks, I was able to achieve my goal of hiking the Harding Ice Field in Alaska with my family. I’ve resumed the majority of my favorite activities and continue to see progress. I’m so incredibly grateful to Josh and the entire staff at LGOST!

LG Orthopedic Sports Therapy is the best PT center I’ve experiencedDexter Vu is my PT. He was extremely helpful with his hands therapy and coaching. He got me to my doctors goals with 2.5 -3 months of my knee replacement surgery. Also I experienced working alongside Erwin’s Kwan who’s just as knowledgeable as Dexter. The entire center has excellent staff, very kind and helpful.Thomas Lu always made sure to set me up on the ice machine after my workouts.I highly recommend and encourage Anyone that has an injury to schedule appointments ASAP.The results are unbelievable!!!Lisa Kusaba

I can't say enough great things about LGOST. I arrived at this great place with a severe limp after total knee replacement surgery. I was at another PT facility but had no progress. After an MUA I decided to go to LGOST which was referred but my Ortho doctor. I am so glad I did. Irwina my Physical Therapist is so knowledgeable and relentless. She pushed me .. in a good way.. to success. I can walk without a limp. I have no pain. You could not tell I ever had and knee surgery.. except for scar. I am so happy with my progress and it's all due to Irwina. I could not recommend her or LGOST more. They are the BEST!!!

LGOST is legit. I've been fortunate enough to know this amazing group of healthcare providers on a more personal level in recent years. They are the real deal. They understand the demands of physical therapy, health, wellness and pediatric care. If I lived anywhere near them now, me and my family of 6 would be regular patients. Highly recommend!!!

Worker with Erwina to rapidly and effectively eliminate my debilitating knee pain. In just a few sessions I was able to regain painless walking, and in a couple of months had improved my muscular strength considerably. Thanks Erwina, it was a pleasure to work with you!

I had a great experience working with Los Gatos Orthopedic Sports Therapy! I had injured my ankle just weeks prior to my nationals and thanks to Dr. Erwina I was able to recover quicker and compete!! Dr. Erwina and the rest of the staff are amazing! I highly recommend this place for all your recovery needs!!!

I had severe sciatica pain from October 2022 and was referred to PT in end of March 2023. I was cleared today and am happily pain free and back to my usual activities such as being able to put my socks on and more importantly lift weights without any issues.I saw Josh 1x a week and received homework to do which was throughly explained and helpful.Pain is scary but Josh helped me understand that I had to keep moving but in better ways to support my overall back health!Would def recommend to anyone with lingering chronic pain for rehab!Thanks again Josh!! You are the best!

My daughter saw physical therapist Dan for a knee injury from soccer. Dan really impressed me with the way he informed me, as the parent, as well as my 13 year old daughter what exercises needed to be done at home to be able to return to playing competitive soccer. Additionally, my daughter actually enjoyed seeing Dan which made the whole process so much better. Dan is very accessible for any questions you may have and was great at sending me videos and emails to remind my daughter how to accurately perform her home exercises. I have already recommended Dan to two other families and will continue to do so in the future. He is great with teenagers!!Thank you Dan!

I had a great recovery from a major foot surgery, two major shoulder surgeries, and a difficult back problem working with Dan Ramirez. He's super knowledgeable and has delivered results that my surgeons say surpassed their most optimistic expectations for my outcomes. We'll see what my next major injury entails :)
