Weird Location, rooms were bug ridden and furniture was falling apart and old A/C hac been removed and replaced with room fan, but had never had the A/C vent hole in wall covered. Rug?/floor was filthy. BTW: Did not stay here; I was visiting family that went for a reunion. Apparently place is being sold and redeveloped.

Nice property with a decent room and comfortable bed. That said, the room is dated. At this price point, I expect the room to not have little issues. But it did: noisy florescent light, bedside light had an old turn switch that took 2 turns to power on/off, TV remote was annoying and took multiple pushes to change channels, shower temp fluctuated so not very nice. Also a noisy hallway at 1:30 am and again at 4:30 am...

I called to have a reservation, once I arrived they told my room isn't available and they are fully booked.
Absolutely waste of time and money, NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Motel like atmosphere. Average service.
Rooms: The garden rooms are nice but avoid the parking lot rooms. Awful.

I don’t even know where to start ? the place was old af, looks like an old motel. The dude that greeted us had an attitude. At first the room was nice UNTIL WE FOUND A HUGE SPIDER, ants, AND mosquitoes in our room. Housekeeping guy was nice and killed the spider as well as the other bugs. We got switched to a new room upstairs which was supposedly better because “there were less bugs.” Like if they knew there was bugs why would they put anyone in the downstairs rooms?
The next day we went for the breakfast which is a “grab and go system.” There were microwaveable burritos and muffins. I didn’t expect much after reading the reviews. If yall are scared of bugs and spiders def don’t come here. Overall was ghetto ?

We enjoyed our two-night stay at Los Gatos Lodge. The complimentary breakfasts were a delightful perk, and we appreciated having the option to dine in or take our food back to our room.

I recently stayed at the LGL with my best friend and our two littles (5 & 6 years old) and I loved our stay. We even extended for a 3rd night. It's PERFECT for families. The property is beautiful with lots of trees and green space, the pool is great and even gets shade with the trees. Both times I've stayed, the hotel was not very full and it makes it so tranquil and calm. Our kids run around, splash around in the pool, we hang out in downtown Los Gatos, and Gilroy Gardens is about a 40 min drive from here. It's the second time I stay at LGL and, honestly, I see myself coming back every year. Yes, the rooms have not been updated in a long time - but they're clean. The breakfast the hotel offers is not the best. But the rates are great, the property is beautiful, it's nestled in a great location. We're making LGL our summer tradition!

Pretty good experience, keycards didn’t work, so had to enter and exit the room from the sliding glass door… screen door fell off the track when opened. Other than that it was a good stay and would come again

I recently went to The Grill at Los Gatos and was pleasantly surprised. It is a great place to meet for a casual gathering. We had dinner and played cards. Food is very affordable. Check it out if you're looking for a comfortable location!

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. When we got into our room this past weekend it was over 90 degrees in our room because they didn't have the air conditioning on prior to arrival. We tried to take a shower because we were in a rush to get to an event that evening, the water wasn't working. We had already unpacked our luggage and started getting ready. The front desk woman (Michelle? woman working 5-31-24 around 4 pm) was extremely rude but eventually offered us a new room. Five minutes later someone opened the door without even knocking, we had no time to pack up our things. The woman made it seem like it was our fault and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our new room was disgusting. There was a large bug on one of the pillows when we checked in. We ended up leaving a night early and our entire family canceled 3 additional rooms because of our experience. Definitely stay somewhere else.

Couldn't pay me to stay here again. Terrible service, building did not have running water, found 2 bed bugs on the pillows, management is rude. Don't stay here.

Great location! Right off the highway. Seems to be a good spot for access to larger towns. The people we were visiting reside in the same town.
I chose this place originally because the reviews were high (8.4) on another platform and it didn’t disappoint! First, for a small fee I got to check in early and check out late which lessons the time spent roaming around before and after a flight. Free refills on bottled water, discounts if you don’t use housecleaning daily, spacious suite, affordable room service, pools, breakfast, clean rooms and property.
The property is dated as it was made in the late 50’s however I would come back here just for the space alone. Room has AC and fire place, balcony with tables and chairs. Everything I needed. The whole experience was great!
Also a safe location.
