I was scammed here. Not only did they overcharge me for a simple job, but my smoke check did not pass in Santa Clara after the repair was done. I went to the smoke check shop and showed them the receipt for the job that was performed. They informed me that I was overcharged and could have done it for 1/3 of the price I paid. Additionally, they left many things open in my car and did not properly secure all the screws. Unfortunately, I only discovered this a few days later when I was showing my friend my engine and noticed that some screws were loose and missing. Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect every part of your car before leaving this place. This will be my last visit to this garage after many years of coming here.

Called about flat tire quoted $20 and 10 minutes. Brought tire in pointed out screw plugged it. Checked tire found additional hole fixed that and was on the road in less than 10 minutes for the original quote. Excellent work.

Quick and efficient guys! Brought the car here a few weeks ago because of a coolant leak. One of the guys took a look under the hood immediately after we drove onto the lot, identified the issue and gave a price estimate. The fix required ordering some parts but we were instructed to bring the car back the next morning and that’s that! The car was ready by afternoon.As some reviews have already mentioned, there is occasionally a bit of a language barrier with some of the employees, but the service is good regardless! Their work can seem a bit hectic but everyone’s always super helpful and nice to talk to. What you may lack in perfect communication, they make up for with excellent work.

I brought my SUV here. I came in for a oil leak and ac. I paid for the work thinking it was done. We paid for service and the leak was never fixed. Stay far away from this place.

I live in Los Gatos and I have been taking my cars to them for several years. They are the best. They have fixed all kinds of problems with our cars, from transmissions to leaky hoses. I have never had a bad experience. Not only are they great mechanics, but they are honest and charge reasonable rates.

STAY AWAY from Fraudster PHOUNG and other crooks at LOS GATOS AUTO CARE!! in Los Gatos, CA, or else get your car destroyed and get scammed by them!They are INCOMPETENT and do NOT know NOTHING about cars!!Instead this crack place should be named Los Gatos Thieves Auto NO care!***My husband caught them making up extra works and then doubled the amount $$ they originally promised on multiple invoices!!!!! which they will all be turned in to authorities for fraud and Scam!!!They also lied about Oil change and used a wrong and cheap oil, used wrong parts, which caused severe damages to our car and its performances.They are FRAUDSTERS and knowingly maliciously DESTROY PEOPLE'S PERSONAL PROPERTIES!They are extremely RUDE and CONFRONTATIONAL in person and hang up the phone and yell.They argue, Extreme LACK of a civil communication and NOT understanding English at all!!****REPORT THEM!! REPORT THEM!! That place should be closed and they should all be locked up and sent to prison****

Phuong has no equal. I have been using this business for over 20 years. I hope he never retires. I don't know what I will do when that happens. Maybe I will just sell my car and bike everywhere.
