I had a great buying experience at this dealership. The team was professional, and respectful and made the whole process simple and easy. They are a bit far away from where I live but I will definitely go here for my scheduled service etc.

It was an outstanding experience while shopping for a new car at Capitol Acura. Richard was super helpful with the test drive, and in making sure that I get the specific trim and color of MDX I was looking for. He was thorough about the specifications and the entire conversation was so easy. He was quick to respond to my text queries, and provided all the details I was looking for.
Zach walked me through the paperworks and financing part, and was clear and sensible with his explanations.
I loved the professionalism with which Richard and Zach handled the car buying process. I would recommend Capitol Acura for anyone who is looking for a new vehicle, and Richard is your go to person.

Richard and Zack were extremely helpful with our experience. They made the process extremely easy and explained everything in great detail. We negotiated with Richard over text and figured out details beforehand, so that we were in and out in an hour and a half! Super happy with my purchase and experience.

Update: I did speak with Ben from Management and he listened to the issue details and addressed my concerns with how this was handled. I've increased stars from 1 to 3 since he took the time to understand and address this situation. It was a pleasure speaking with him.
My complaint is with the Capitol Expwy Acura Service Department. I had a great experience with my Sales person, Ben , but i do not recommend the Capitol Expwy Service department. I did not receive update calls from the service advisor and at the end of the day , there was no information or even a list of what was checked during the entire day. I had an issue where my Windshield was broken by a rock. My car was only 6 months old but the rock falls under my Auto Insurance Warranty. After replacing the windshield, there were issues with my HUD , Auto headlights, and most of the controls on the Steering Wheel. I was sent to Acura for an Inspection by Safelite & my Insurance company when Safelite couldn't determine what was wrong. I had an Inspection done at Capitol Expwy . I left my car the entire day. I did not get Calls from Giana the Service Advisor. I had to call her to get an Update and I waited hours after the expected time. At the end of the day, she couldn't tell me anything that they had done during the Inspection and there was no information on what was wrong. No list of things checked during the diagnosis. Even during a routine maintenance like oil change , a list of items reviewed/checked is provided. There were multiple Communication failures from Giana. I took my car to Acura Stevens creek to be resolved and the Service Department was Amazing. It was like night and day. From the initial step, I was receiving text communications regularly to check in and let me know where they were on the diagnosis. They understood the issue of the Insurance & Safelite and they Communicated & Collaborated with Safelite even having them come on-site to review the issues together. In the end, the issue was a FUSE that had blown during the installation. And a Sensor at the top of the Windshield for the HUD. Excellent service department experience with Stevens Creek Acura. Night and Day difference between the expierence I had at Capital Expwy Acura Service Department. Communication from the Service Advisor being the main problem.

After attempting to work with several other Acura dealerships unsuccessfully to purchase a vehicle, we reached out to Capitol Acura, which is three hours away from our home. We were able to easily negotiate a deal via text. We arrived to find the car detailed and ready for pickup. Finance was a breeze. Every employee we interacted with was wonderful. We cannot recommend Capitol Acura highly enough.

We bought a used car from Capitol Acura and while the price was reasonable, it turned out to be a classic case of the dealer being your best friend up to the point you drive off the lot and after that, not so much. Evidently they make a point of following up after the sale but the only person who did was a woman who called me repeatedly asking if anyone had contacted me to check on how it was going. I told her no even though I had messaged them about a problem I was having with one of the key fobs. Eventually she stopped calling.
But the big problem came when a crack appeared in the windshield after washing the car that looked to be from stress as there was no obvious sign of an impact. I thought it might qualify for a warranty repair. When I took it to the Service Dept the representative looked at it, jabbed his pen into a spot near the molding causing further damage and said, “Here is where a rock hit it” and refused the warranty claim. Very unprofessional in my opinion and after that there would be no chance it could be considered a stress crack due to the divot he caused with his pen. I filed a dispute with American Honda Motor Co. and had a talk with the General Manager at the dealership but that all went nowhere. At this point it goes without saying that I will not be calling on Capitol Acura for any future needs.

Capital Acura was awesome! I had made an appointment and I was greeted upon arrival by Lee (or Li) he was genuinely friendly and had authentic energy - I felt comfortable with him helping us. Lee (Li) was knowledgeable and super efficient and friendly - we worked with several other members of the Capital Acura team and all of them were helpful and authentic, friendly and efficient - I felt that we were getting the best service possible - we drove away with a new Acura MDX and are pleased with the outcome. If you are going to get an Acura I would highly recommend you go to Capital Acura.

Had a very positive customer experience with Gianna at the service department to get some warranty work done, everything is well communicated as expected from a luxury car dealership. Much better than Acura Stevens Creek.
I also love their waiting room, will come back for future maintenance.

Excellent service at Capitol Acura. Hector was who I interacted with at the service center - he was diligent and prompt with the calls to schedule and complete the service, and a thorough professional. Similar experience with Chris Rivera from the sales team who helped with my leasing the Acura Integra in the first place. Needless to say, GREAT car of course!
