Visited Lite Line Illuminations at 12:04 pm on Dec. 28, 2023, but found it unexpectedly closed and appointment-only, contrary to Yelp's hours. Despite my email and voicemail, I received no reply. The owner's skill and style make them a prime choice in the SF Bay Area, but the limited accessibility and lack of response is personally disappointing, though possibly due to high demand.

Lance is great. I brought two lamps that needed to be repaired. When I got there the store was closed, but Lance was there and let me in anyway! How many places do that? I not only got BOTH of them fixed but fixed right on the spot! This is the place to go for any lighting needs. Great customer service!

Lance is the bomb! He helped us design LED lighting strips for an outdoor kitchen roof area. We weren't sure what we wanted and had some challenges on what to mount on the underside of a corrugated roof structure. Lance gave us a couple options and we worked up a design with 3 zones of lighting. It was just installed and looks fantastic. Lance is an expert at what he does and his store is awesome (lots to look at), prices were very competitive and honestly, better than expected. We will be back again and will refer friends and family to Lance/Lite Line in the future.

I have quite a few halogen lighting in my house and the sockets will act up (short) and stop working. I read the nice reviews about Lance on Yelp and I called. He was able to help me replace the faulty parts the next day! I also talked to another store but I would have had to leave the light there for a few days! Thank you Lance for making the process quick and painless! If I have future lighting needs, I will definitely be back!

I purchased spotlights and track on two occasions at Lite Line Illuminations. Their prices are good. Lance is quite knowledgeable and helpful. Plus he is a pleasant sort of guy.After installation, the spotlights did a good job illuminating my paintings and enlarged, framed photographs.Lite Line Illuminations is a small, privately owned business that deserves community support.The one weakness that I hope Lance will admit and improve is that he has a poor track record of answering emails and vmails.

Have bought all my lighting from here over decade's. The service is always top notch and they are really knowledgeable. They understand the ever changing landscape of products. When and in which year which manufacturer is better.

Not only is this a great place to see a large, unique variety of lighting options, they also offer great customer service. I had to get a pendant light fixed as it stopped working (I purchased this light 2+ years ago). Lance was able to diagnose and fix the short in about 10 minutes. He made it very easy. Thank you for the product and great service after the sale.

I was shopping at Lite Line to replace my 3 Halogen pendant lights that haven't been working for a few months. After consulting with 3 different Electricians, I was told they couldn't be fixed & I should purchase new ones. I still loved my current lights but couldn't find anything similar. After walking into Lite Line & talking to Lance, he not only was able to fix my current pendants but was also able to switch them to LED lights!! I can't Thank him enough! I am so happy to have my beautiful lights shining brightly again!! Thank you, Lance! You're the best!!

Super wonderful and helpful staff will make any purchase, exchange or repair super easy! I had a broken glass lamp shade and had it resolved in 5 minutes! Highly recommend!

We were really looking forward to working with Lance and Lite Line, but were disappointed with the service we received. We wanted to redo our landscape lighting (70-75 lights) with Fx color changing LED lights - both design and installation. It's a pretty extensive project, and Lance was enthusiastic about being able to provide an end to end, one stop shop solution for us. After a positive phone call, Lance promised to email vendors and reach back out shortly. Over the next few days I emailed 3x, called a few times, and even left messages. It's been over a week and we never heard back from Lance. We went with another vendor.

Tai's knowledge and experience was essential for us to complete our cable lighting project, especially in the face of COVID shipping delays and shortages.He will match internet pricing, and carries a number of art glass pieces that you will not find on the web.
