I'm giving a 5*+ rating due to the recent excellent job performed by my service advisor Riccardo with the support of service manager Kimberly. I've been owning 2 same- brand/same-model cars (and 2 trades ins) both from Los Gatos Luxury Cars sold by very trusted Wout who always does an outstanding job by providing full disclosure, friendly recommendations and new arrival updates. Before and during the pandemic, I had a lot of concerns over services, also heard that once there were over 30 cars of this brand sit in the lot, which happened to my vehicle too as it stayed there for months and a part took more than 7-month from England to get here. However, things started to change for better and much better last year since Riccardo took over my service and especially when Kimberly took over the service manager job at this over loaded shop. About a month ago I got my car back with perfect conditions, truly better than expected. About service advisor Riccardo: some of the hardest working advisors in the auto industry as I coinstantaneous work with multiple car dealers - he comes to work early and leaves late, sometimes he waits for me to deliver or pick up the car; very responsive in returning phone calls and text messages with constant updates; full disclosures on costs; friendly in giving all advices and assistance who seems like a family member. About service manager Kimberly: as I know of, she might be the only down-to-earth service manager in the auto business as, very uniquely, she likes to talk to customers as a lot of other service managers avoid visitors by hiding in offices. Kimberly is always warm/happy/smiling and super responsive with all items (sometimes customer complaints- she knows how to deal with it and fix it) and works with service advisors very closely. And she changed the service standard and image. Above all, if anyone in the past had tough service times, I'd encourage you give them another try as I did. Previously with disappointment I'd gone long way from South Bay to Walnut Creek for services, but I'm back to Riccardo and Kimberly now.

Rael J, Thank you for the follow up, it's too bad you are only the internet team and have no influence over the dealership. We personally spoke to the real owner Adam Simms who as I said in the end refused help in our situation. Turns out we found some people willing to help us in Las Vegas but the fact that between the Elite Towing, Los Gatos luxury Cars and Motorsports LG, together or separately refused to help us the customer, when clearly our car had damage, likely from the first towing company because they took pictures when we left the car and they lied and said they had no pictures and your dealer did not take pictures upon receiving the car and then sending it off, clearly negligent, when dealing with high end luxury cars!!!! So for the person that can afford million dollar cars and really don't care about them, this is the dealership for you! You ruined our Lamborghini experience :/

Do not bring your car here for service. Riccardo and the service team are completely incompetent. They had my car for six weeks and never even started work on the vehicle. What a joke.

I received great service from Ted Ziemba at Aston Martin of Los Gatos. I've been shopping on the internet for a used Aston Martin for sale and even though I have not purchased anything from Aston Martin of Los Gatos as of yet, Ted was more than willing to help me access window stickers for 3 different cars I have considered. My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! I can't recommend them enough! Mind you this is a dealership of high end vehicles and we were interested in one of the used cars that's not their initial brand. However the attention and level of service we felt was as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle they sell! Friendliness and professionalism was exuded tremendously especially from our brand manager Adriana Boas!!! We felt at ease and relaxed with her enthusiasm and energy. She was very helpful and attentive to all our concerns. We did not feel any pressure at all and the whole process went very smoothly. Even the finance manager Gabriel, was super professional. Normally, it's super high pressure during the finance portion of the transaction since they sell you other warranties with the deal, but weGabriel managed to work with us to a number we were comfortable with. Btw, we would normally have said no to the extended warranties but since the car was in such great condition, we felt we should acquire a minimum for this particular vehicle due to possible high repair/replacement and service costs. So in conclusion, if you're looking for a dealership with professionalism, friendliness and a knowledgeable staff, and they have a vehicle you are looking for, definitely give them a call! Look for Sebastian and our dear friend, the super awesome Adriana Boas!!!

Rolls Royce was shipped from the East Coast and dropped off at this location. They immediately diagnosed issues that our east coast dealer missed, and took care of the repairs at a reasonable price. Special shout out to Ricardo who is professional and even arranged a vehicle drop off. I highly recommend their service; specifically Ricardo's attention to detail.

Adrianna is amazing! She's friendly, welcoming, helpful, and honest. She's very attentive and 3 weeks later she has answered all of my calls whenever I have questions about my vehicle. Although she's not a Telsa expert (which she's quick to admit herself.) She still tries her best to find me answers to my questions. Everyone here at the dealership is very friendly and you can tell that they all get along. NO drama or hesitation to help you out! Thank you Adrianna.

Very pleased with my transaction with Wout, he took care of my 911 trade-in seamlessly and I couldn't be more happy with my new (to me) Aston. Paperwork went extremely quickly and easily, I would not hesitate to buy my next car or recommend this dealership to my mom (kidding, but you get the idea). Beautiful cars here, I crane my neck every time I drive by, there is always something fun to look at and dream about!

Adriana was amazing! I had contacted the dealership earlier in the morning and was able to get in touch immediately with Adriana. By midday, I was at the dealership. I was able to test drive the only inventory of Tesla that they had since they usually only sell Bentleys and Rolls Royces. Adriana had helped me through the process and I was able to drive off with my new car out of the dealership. The process was very smooth and everyone was very friendly. Not sure why others had bad experiences but I had an amazing time getting my car! Thank you so much!

This is one of the very best high end store I've been. 5 months ago, I email them to express interest on a Lamborghini Urus. My sales associate Teddy Pham took no time to respond my email with estimated cost of the car I built on the configurator. Explained the process of ordering and eta in details. Since I wanted to make sure my wife likes the car. He arranged a car for us to test drive. 4 months later. Teddy emailed me that my turn comes up. So I went the next day to finalize my options. Teddy introduced me to their finance manager Darren to answer all my finance questions. All of us had so much fun talking about the options of my build. How the exhaust of the Urus is not as loud as the other models. Whether I should op for the exhaust now and save $15k than change it later. While Teddy had a little problem entering the options into the system. Now the expert Adam showed up. He knows the system and options inside out. Didn't give me much recommendations cause he thought my build was perfect except for one thing. He recommended changing the privacy glass option, and use the money toward the ventilation seats. I appreciate his honesty by not up selling and put himself into his customers position. I ended up keeping my privacy glass and added the ventilation seats. The whole process was very smooth. Everything was as promised. Everyone is super nice, professional, responsive, customer oriented, and enthusiastic. Also a welcome email from their general sales manager Chris Blank offering if I need any additional help. They truly value their customers from their hearts and they're always there to help. Highly recommended!

What a joke. brought in my Aston Vantage for warranty work on an airbag module and air condition charge. Came to pick up my car and there was a discrepancy in the milage in vs out which was 700 miles off.. when I confronted the service writer about it, he told me the technician is dyslectic and wrote the numbers down. Told me that the car had to be test driven and it was driven 2 miles around the block. When I asked what the actual milage was when the car came in turns out the car was driven for 9 miles and burned 1/4 tank of gas. Manager Brian came out and gave me a BS story about how they only did a 3 mile drive.. and then when I asked where the additional 6 miles came from, he said oh.. he must have done a 9 mile test drive. when asked why such a long test drive when the car was brought in for a defective airbag module, was told that they have to road test the car when they inflate the tires... ok.. checked the tire pressures.. one is at 32, one is at 37, one at 39, and one at 42. now what? Los Gatos Luxury Cars doesnt care about customer service or making their customers happy, I was told thats what it is and we dont drive cars... clearly they do because they couldn't explain why 9 miles was added to my car. Never taking my car there again.

Terrible customer service with terrible communication. The salesman and managers have a “I don’t care about anything” attitude. I found my dream car which took months to locate. Submitted my application and everything was going great.

If you are an OUT OF STATE BUYER, don’t even bother coming here! We talked to two different salesmen, (over the course of a few hours, not multiple days), did an application, started arranging our flights, then they pulled our app, without even informing us, because an in-state buyer they valued more than us wanted the car. Let me also add that the car the other guy bought from them broke down so they had to take it back and sell him another. So if you don’t live in Cali, an
