Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this Labcorp location. The space is so cramped, that only two patients can fit in the waiting area, and there is no way to open the door to the office without slamming into them. This is very impractical as it forces sick patients to wait outside in 100+ degree heat. It’s extremely claustrophobic, and the staff are not friendly. Just two blocks away there is another location that has plenty of room at 15251 National; try that one instead.

Unfortunately the phlebotomists really struggled with the fact I was a hard stick. I have had hundreds of blood draws over the years and never has it taken an hour, two phlebotomists, 7 attempts, and 17 vials (9 only needed). I was left with bruising up and down my arms, severely faint (I’m pregnant), and there were bruises from them gripping my arm on my wrist. They tried their best but it was hands down the most traumatic blood draw I’ve ever had. I will go to a larger lab moving forward.

I hate getting bloodwork done, but Karen did an amazing job. The other 2 women (1 working the front desk and other phlebotomist) were super friendly and great too. Will come here again for Karen & the good, quick service. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me.

Karen's service was exceptional and truly set a new standard for customer care. When I arrived, unaware of the need for an early cortisol check, Karen not only clarified the requirements with great detail—explaining the necessity of fasting and the precise steps I needed to follow—but she also took proactive measures to ensure my follow-up visit would be seamless. She carefully wrote down the address for the next day's appointment and instructed me to return the next day and to ask for her directly at the front desk of a nearby location for my timed test.
True to her word, Karen was there the next morning. Even more impressively, when I realized I had forgotten my doctor's papers, which were essential for the test and faxed over the previous day, Karen had already scanned and saved them in anticipation of such a mishap. This thoughtful action saved me a significant amount of time and stress, as retrieving the original documents would have been impossible at that hour.
Her attentiveness didn’t stop there; Karen remembered me and my specific situation, adding a personal touch that transformed an often impersonal experience into a warm and reassuring one. Her exemplary service not only facilitated a smooth process but also demonstrated a remarkable commitment to patient care. I am profoundly grateful for Karen’s assistance and cannot commend her highly enough for her outstanding professionalism and foresight.

For a labcorp being so busy due to being next to a clinic, they have the worst phlebotomists ever. I’ve went to other labcorp locations and this is the only place that gave me a bruise. The first time this lady had to pull and poke a few times inside my arm to find a vein. The 2nd time, the one at the counter didn’t listen to what I needed and allowed another person that came 20mins after me take the glucola first( I thought I needed to wait my turn but it turns out they usually give the drink first since you have to return an hr later to draw blood), we both didn’t have an appt since she stated as well.
Anyways the 2nd time I got the blood drawn, the guy inserted a needle deeper causing pain but I didn’t want them to have to reinsert. After he was done, he did not apply pressure w/a gauze as he pulled out the needle, which means now I’m stuck with a bruise on my arm.
I just wish they have better trained staff when drawing blood… if there’s a choice, I would not come here

The worst location. Had an appointment but had to wait an hour. Only for them to tell me I didn’t have to wait because I had an appointment. Understaffed. And could hear the team being confused about their samples, missing labels, etc. don’t recommend coming here. Never had an issue at any other lab

This place is severely understaffed, probably the worst understaffed among all labcorp locations near here. Sign in is manual, people are stuck in line for 10+ minutes while technician is busy with blood drawing, checking people in, asking things on phone. Be prepared to wait for a long time for your test if you decide to come here.

This is the best Labcorp I’ve been to in the area. Everyone is so nice, I don’t even mind waiting if I have to because their blood tests are the least painful that I’ve gotten! I travel out of my way to get my blood tests here :)
