I’ve been going to Dr Miller for years, and I truly believe he works because he wants to help people and is one of nicest people you will ever meet. He’s also a very effective doctor who really knows his stuff. The front desk/office staff are all very nice people that I enjoy talking to, as well.

I have been seeing Dr Miller for over 3 years. I was forced to put up with the front desk receptionist abuse and rudeness all this time but because I like Dr Miller I kept my cool. Last month I received a notice for an over due bill. I went to the office the next morning and complained about it because I have not seen a bill earlier. Instead of apologizing the front desk receptionist became very confrontational, very rude and insulting. I confronted her this time and told her I would show her the door if she worked for me. I asked for an appointment and she asked I call back on Friday to schedule one. I still have unfinished business the doctor needs to attend to. Today I called in the morning and she immediately said she will call me back. When she called back in the afternoon she claimed the doctor doesn’t want to see me and that he heard everything that went on the other day, although she was the one who abused and insulted me. I found that very unbelievable and I don’t believe this was coming from the good and kind Dr Miller.
I am thinking about suing the front desk lady for abuse and mental distress she inflected on me and possibly other patients who go to see Dr Miller.

Always a great experience from calling to request an appointment to the actual appointment visit. Very professional.

Dr Miller has been my dermatologist for years and always has been the caring doctor to me and my husband. The medical office staff are accommodating and friendly. Blessed to have a doctor that take time to listen and take care of us.

I just had the most ridiculous, offputting experience with the front desk person (I believe her name was Trina) and I'm clearly not the only one who had a terrible experience with the staff (see other reviews from Tim D., Jillian U., Michelle L.).I called to get an appointment and was told I need a referral from my primary care doctor. I got one and called back. She said that's not how it works and the doctor needs to send it directly, so I asked for their Fax number so he could. This is the common method for referrals, but it set her off like crazy. She began berating me for not knowing her office rules and said the doctor has to call or email. I then asked for the email so I could tell my primary care doctor. She again berated me for not knowing how it works, continually interrupted me, said that we're going in circles, and that she should have "hung up on me a long time ago", and that this was "clearly not the right office" for me to make an appointment.This is the most terrible experience I've had in healthcare, hands down. She needs to be fired.

Love love love Dr.Miller! Had him remove a skin cancer in a matter of minutes in and out, sadly I had to hear a crazy patient calling himself Mr.Chelossi Rob yelling at the staff about a bill his insurance denied!!! I can't stand PEOPLE WHO FEEL entitled cause they are WHITE!! Will definitely be coming back for wart removal

His receptionist is awful – it's rather difficult to want to come to this office when she gaslights you, lies to you with the wrong scheduled time, and has a vengeful attitude. Too bad because Dr. Miller is quite kind

Dr. Kenneth has a great sense of humor, and he exactly knows how every procedure is effective or painful. The nurses are so kind and scheduling is very comfortable.

He'll talk over you the whole appointment. If you have any questions about anything he is saying, good luck I had to chase him down the hallway because he walks out the door while still talking. He seems to be a very nice person at heart so I'm sorry to leave this review. Good luck getting in any questions for him without having to stop him from talking. Also the couple times when he asked me a question he gave me 2 seconds to answer then cut me off.

Dr Miller is simply THE best dermatologist you will ever be lucky enough to see. I tried a few other dermatologists early on (only because I haven't lived in Los Gatos for over 35 years), but it only took 1-2 visits with the others to realize traveling back to see Dr Miller was worth every mile. From early to adult acne to age spots, he has always come through with a solution that is gentle yet very effective for my sensitive skin. I admire that he stays well informed in his field and is not afraid to suggest cutting edge remedies, or if still effective, to stick with what's worked over the years.

I tried calling to have a skin lesion looked at. We were getting ready to go out of town for the holiday and so I was calling dermatologists in the area to see who could get me in asap. The receptionist was incredibly rude and refused to even look up potential appointment dates since she didn't have a physical referral in hand. I tried to explain to her I have a PPO plan, which does not require a referral and that their information was on my insurance website and I was mainly calling to get in to the soonest available doctor. She kept interrupting me. Not a very good impression to give a patient. I have a PPO that does not require a referral, and the girl would not listen to me.

Dr Miller is my new most favorite doctor! For the first time with his treatment the leg ulcers I have been suffering from for ages are healing and getting smaller. I can't say enough good things about his expertise and his great bedside manner and pleasing personality! You would be lucky to have him as your dermatologist !
