Just left there and cashed out some lottery tickets. He shorted me money (Indian gentleman) as I didn’t bother to count it until I got home. Last time I go here. Make sure you count your money before you leave.

I went in to this market to buy lottery tickets and was talked down to because I wasn't purchasing any other merchandise. The guy behind the counter looked like Forrest Gump when Tom Hanks let his hair and beard grow long as he ran across America. Run Forrest Run away from Jiffy Market. There are other liquor stores in Los Gatos, I recommend you give them your business and hard earned money.

This place used to be okay to stop in and grab a beer or some lottery tickets. Unfortunately since the pandemic began I won't go there because the j*** who works there most of the time - scruffy looking guy with a long beard - DOESN'T WEAR A MASK!! I went in once and didn't see him until I went to the register. Asked him why he didn't have a mask and he mumbled some kinda BS. I went back again weeks later hoping that either another person was working or that he was wearing a mask this time... Nope. I turned around and walked right out and just as I did, another person did the exact same thing... Not exactly good for business.. This is so unacceptable and dangerous it is unbelievable that management allows it to continue. Reckless. Dangerous. Illegal. Surely this guy was the same one referred to in a previous review who likes to watch 2016 election reruns.. The only reason for two stars is that the other folks that I've seen there before were polite and professional WITH MASKS!! That dude should be fired. Plain and simple.
