Jennifer and Marcella have the perfect combination of skill, local knowledge, and friendly demeanor. They are both also very conscientious; showing up for every inspection and making sure they knew what was happening. When you meet Jennifer and Marcella, they tell you that they will treat you like family and be there through every part of the process. This could not be more true. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great advice that I believe resulted in a higher selling price.They had my condo painted and staged in a way that made it look fantastic! When it came time to sell, they negotiated a counter offer and it ended up selling for over asking.Overall, had a really great experience and would highly recommend this team!
