Just completed my first-time home buying experience which was overwhelming to say the least. Jamie is top tier when it comes to working with lenders / mortgage brokers, etc. She made the process very simple and efficient. She was patient and answered all of our questions promptly. There were several unique factors to our application which required writing and signing several different statements / letters for the underwritters. Jamie was able to help us draft all of these letters which made the process incredibly efficient because all of the required content was present in the first draft and didn't require us to iterate back and forth to get the verbage in an appropriate format.I will 100% go back to Jamie for future mortgage needs, and will absolutely refer her to any friends and/or family in the future.Highly recommend!

Though I am first time home buyer, Jamie made everything so easy and simple - starting from pre-approval to all the way till closure that I never realized I am doing it for the first time. She is just a text/call away for any and every question related to mortgage. Well in advance even before pre-approval I was explained all the options I could go with. Even through out the process, she was very patient with every question we had(we had many, I mean many many!) and explained everything with great clarity and details. Trust me, you won't find anyone better than her for the job!

We are first time home buyers who had been working with another lender right from preapproval to the actual loan funding when we got an offer accepted and our home was in escrow. 2 weeks left to closing and this lender fell through due to some admin issues. In steps Jamie on our realtor's recommendation and voila, she spun some magic and actually managed to close ON TIME-in just 2 weeks with a long weekend thrown in! Super proactive at getting stuff done, very good at keeping everyone informed with the smallest of updates and overall just an excellent loan agent.
