IMHO Stopped in while cruising N. Santa Cruz for after-Christmas shopping. We were nicely greeted immediately upon entering the store. I went straight to see their pretty Christmas decorations. I collect glass Christmas trees and they had a small collection to choose from. Best of all, they were 50% off! Thank you, Harvest! See you the next time I'm window shopping in Los Gatos!

Least friendly Harvest I've ever visited. Two ladies sitting behind counter and completely empty store. Both looked up, looked at us and went on ignoring us. No hello, no how can we help, no nothing but a quick glance up and down then pretended we didn't exist. Very strange and very surprised by the poor service as we bought much of the furniture from this specific Harvest and have usually had great service in the past. So strange, unfriendly and disappointing.

I LOVE my couch from here. Great quality and overall great experience once I bought it. Barb helped me to measure and make sure it was a good fit. I went back two days later in my scrubs for work and the gals in the front said it had been sold. Never mentioned that there were other stores, never offered to call. If I had not poked around and did my own research I would not have been able to acquire the item. So lesson, just because I don't carry a Gucci purse doesn't mean I can't afford something from your store. Actually I can afford it cause I didn't use credit like all the people with the Gucci purses. Please act accordingly you are in sales not judging who may be able to purchase your products. Otherwise I had a terrific experience. Thanks

We ordered a chair from Harvest in October of 2021. The delivery estimate was 6 months. Well, 6 months came and went with no chair and no proactive update from the store. I spoke with the owner who then said the chair would come in 3-4 weeks from the time he and I spoke. Four weeks passed...no chair and no further update from the owner. I then spoke to one of the salespeople at the store and they said the chair would be in 1.5 weeks from the time we spoke. Well, 2.5 weeks later....no chair and no proactive update from the store. I get that the pandemic is part of the problem. However, it's completely unacceptable for the store, and owner no less, to commit to and then miss 3 separate deliver dates. Further, there was no communication from anyone. I had to call each time to get an update, only to be given another soon-to-be-missed commitment. Had I not called, I am certain that nobody would have reached out to me a full 8 months after placing the order. This is not how high-end stores should treat their customers. We're done with Harvest.

Barb was very helpful from start to finish ! I love the sectional and shockingly so does my husband. He originally didn’t want a new couch, and after two horrible experiences with the first two companies this year (multiple delays, furniture delivered broken), he was getting very annoyed with the whole process and just wanted to give up on getting a new couch. When it arrived he said how much he loved it and thanked me for insisting we order it— what a difference a nice sofa and good company makes! We were given an estimated ETA of 4-6 weeks (more than reasonable for a custom sectional), but it arrived in just 2.5-- talk about exceeding our expectations!Their customer service, production time and product quality has we looking forward to ordering from them again. Thanks Barb and Harvest! Wish I would have skipped Pottery Barn and went to them from the get-go!

This is a waaay overdue review (3+ years later!), but I had to comment on how much my husband and I still LOVE our sectional from Harvest! I was thrilled I came across Harvest before our big move...I happened to walk in one day, was greeted by the friendly staff, then zoned in on a beautiful (Jordan) sectional! Coming from a semi-designers background, I was even more ecstatic to find that you could completely customize your sofas/sectionals...and so I did! What I loved most about Harvest is that I wasn't bombarded by the designers like you usually are in these types of stores, they gave me plenty of space and time to make all my final detail decisions, and were incredibly kind and informative when I needed assistance at purchase! The delivery was wonderful and timely, and to this day, it is still my favorite in-home purchase! My husband and I love our sectional and only wish we had a Harvest in the new town we moved to!

This is an absolute gem of a store. We visited Los Gatos to shop for a new sectional at a nearby, well-known furniture shop, when a sofa in Harvest's window caught our eye. Shawn helped us design and customize the perfect sectional for our family room, which we have now been enjoying for several months. The quality is excellent, and my standards are pretty high. Best part, it was built in California so was ready in five weeks. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a sharp, attractive new piece for their home.

What a fabulous experience!Ordered the Armstrong couch and when it came, the cushions were not as I imagined they would be. Shawn was fantastic with me! She said they would cover the cost of making it right. She didn’t have to do that, because it was my designer that failed to catch the mistake... And when the cushions came back still not quite right, they did them again!My couch is so fabulous!! Found four chairs for our table, too. Happy to do business with a store where I can see the products and the quality up front.Love this store, and the products!

Harvest was once one of my favorite furniture stores. They originally had staff geared toward interacting with customers and, I don't know, selling stuff! For the past couple years, though, it feels like this has become an interior design vs retail outfit. The women at the front desk seem burdened, if not downright hostile, to customers when they enter. I've seen other reviewers questioning whether it was their race or casual clothing that resulted in bad treatment. But I'd say the staff here are equal-opportunity in their rudeness. I know it's a pandemic and tensions are up, but this issue predates Covid by a lot.

I went into this store wearing a T-shirt and shorts with a friend of mine. We were the only two people in the store and the workers did not speak to us or offer assistance, presumably because I wasn't dressed to the nines. I was looking to furnish my new house and utilize their interior design consulting services, but was surprised that I was treated like I shouldn't be taken seriously. A staff member was holding her mask instead of wearing it and said "I have my mask" as some sort explanation, but she never actually put it on. When I went up to the counter to talk to a staff member, this same person who wouldn't put their mask on was just texting on her phone. I moved over to talk to her colleague, who I was asking to consult for designing my house. Once her colleague heard that I was, in fact, there to support their business, she began taking an interest in me and treating me like a customer. I took the information of the coworker who was actually helping me. After the terrible customer experience I had in the store, I don't even want to use their services for my new house. Their inventory is beautiful but the customer experience is horrific.

Well they have really cute things in the store, I have often popped by to see what they have. But I will stop popping by as I rarely get greeted. And today they greeted many people that had popped in except for me. I guess you must be Caucasian to be greeted. That seems to be the only difference.

What a wonderful experience I had at Harvest today! I walked in and my daughter saw a painting that was exactly what we were looking for in our home. However it was VERY BIG! Tim showed me the other paintings by the same company around the store and none of them really worked. So he was willing to turn the big painting horizontally in the display area so I could see if it would work that way. Still not perfect. Then he said that he had some downstairs and would check...he brought two up that were the perfect shape and size! But I didn't LOVE either of them. So he said he'd go look one more time and he found the perfect one! I asked if I could return it if it didn't work in my house. But they only give store credits but he went on to suggest that I take it "on approval" to see if it worked. The perfect solution! We did all the paperwork and I pulled the car around for him to load it. Guess what....It didn't fit in my SUV. We went back inside and we were going to measure it to see if it would fit in my husband's car. But then Tim saw the store owner and asked him if he'd follow me home, with the painting in his truck!! I was blown away by the customer service and the help! And The best part is that it looks beautiful in my home so they made the sale! Can't wait to shop there again, very soon!

Hi all future furniture seekers. This store is great! Let me explain a few things. Pretty much the design staff are women. They are product familiar and knowledgeable . If they are not they WILL find out for you . When you purchase a piece to pick up from the store, they will explain to you , you NEED to bring help. You need to bring your OWN packing items. Being only women , it is difficult to move a huge sideboard and or heavy items. This includes big pictures, mirrors or an 8x10 carpet. Also when purchasing a special order (ie sectional, dining etc) you are informed it is half down and remainder upon delivery. Harvest subcontracts a delivery company. Set rates. They cannot schedule a delivery at POS but will note any future delivery date and request ( though not guarantee ) a date of delivery . Usually being able to do that date The staff is friendly and generally very helpful. I realize in sales we all expect staff to "be on game", but come on. We are all human . Ask questions! Great stuff!! So go in and check it out!!
