This is the best tire center. Every person that works here is so sincere and they are not there to take advantage of you. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years I even feel like I’m part of the family. I’ve always trusted them with my vehicle or with any of my vehicles, and I strongly recommend going here over any dealer or any other tire establishment they can do almost anything, ask for Tom or Chari they both are amazing and extremely knowledgeable

We got a nail in our tire and initially took it to the dealer who insisted that we buy a new tire. Instead, we visited Goodyear and met with Tom who took a look at the tire, educated us on the issue at hand and then promptly fixed the issue for just $35 - a tiny fraction of what we would have paid!
The automotive industry has a reputation for ripping customers off so it was really refreshing to go to an establishment that operates honestly and transparently.

Thank you to the professional crew at Good year on Los Gatos Blvd. I really appreciate the ability to get me in on a very busy day. I was in desperate need of tires for my car, Tom was able to get me some awesome tires on a holiday . As a single woman, it is important to be able to trust establishments. I have purchased several sets of tires , and Tom has always been very helpful. The complete crew is very professional and kind. Thank you for your consistent excellent service .

I came here for new tires & installation. The staff were nice however, after my car was done, at higher speeds it was extremely shaky and scary to drive. I came back and they balanced the wheels for free which resolved the issue. I don't understand why it wasn't balanced the first time. I also noticed one of my custom valve stem caps was missing the next day :(

Highly recommend Goodyear in LG! I called this AM and spoke to Tom (manager) about the issues with my car door lock, plus instrument panel, he was so nice on the phone and told me to bring it in and he'd check it out. He did in fact check it out, tested something out to see if it'd fix the issue and then offered a couple suggestions, all of which worked so it was a simple fix! He also referred me to Ace Hardware down the street for my key fob battery(much less expensive than dealership!) and they were super nice too! I will definitely go to Goodyear LG for future service!
