Decided to stop before lunch. Aside from myself, there were another customer and 3 staff members(which I cross path at least twice), not once where these staff exchanged eye contact or greeted me. Store was organized but lack of customer service. Won't be buying anything from this Gap.

We had to do a return without a receipt. It was a gift. Staff was very helpful. Great service.

I have gotten some fantastic deals here on bras and other items when they are on clearance. My husband likes to shop here also. They allow dogs, so Zoey can get her shopping fix here too.

After checking the website got to the store on Monday @ 6pm. All doors were closed with staff inside! Called their number and the operator told me that yes they are actually open!! It appears that the staff here decide to close the store an hour in advance of the actual shops working hour!!!

One of the neatest and cleanest The Gap store ever. Everything is well laid out and neatly folded. I came in for a few T-shirts but ended up getting a whole new wardrobe.

I was surprised that there was not a Gap at the Oakridge Mall so I was pretty happy to find a Gap in Los Gatos! Had to do some returns and so glad not to have to get on a Highway to Valley Fair Mall for it. Walked in to a short line with 1 person ahead of me and was greeted by a pleasant girl. It was an online purchase which I regretted as the items weren't what I thought they'd be like and didn't fit well. I explained to her that there wasn't a receipt inside the bag and to my surprise she just scanned a bar at the front of the bag and said the receipt is taped to the outside of the bag. How interesting as I usually find receipts inside bags. Anyhow, the return was smooth and painless. Thanks Gap!

They've always had a pretty good selection of clothes at what I felt were reasonable prices. Jeans, shirts, socks, etc. Decent quality and attractive styles. Customer service has always been good, and recently it's been even better.

The store looks good, but make sure you don't need to use a restroom before going. And don't drink any water on the way. They won't let you use the restroom and the "public" one the gal directed me to was in a courtyard and needed a key. Gap doesn't have the key and the offices are closed.

I came by after dinner at 7:30 tonight and their doors were locked despite hours posted were 10-8. I called and was told they were already closed. I asked about the 8pm closing time and the woman answered that they closed early due to slow business. Fine, but you should put up a sign and turn off your lights! Weak.

The manager at the Los Gatos Gap store (Annie) refused to send the gift card for a return because she DIDN'T HAVE A STAMP! Major lack of customer service at this store. Luckily online support was able to make it right. I won't bore everyone with the whole story, but I have been a retail manager, and I know that in this situation, I would have found a stamp. Grrr... Will never shop in this store again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER shop at this store again. I don't know about the other managers, but Annie should not be in any job that requires customer service skills... Wow.

Not a huge in store selection for baby sizes.
