I use this location for large format poster printing (menu signs) and shipping needs. It’s a small crew here so I get to see the same polite people every time. Placing my poster print orders online is easy and has a decent turnaround time, almost always next day. So happy for this location near work! I flip flop between this one and the Sunnyvale El Camino one depending on where I am in the South Bay.

Worst place you can go to print anything. The people working there are not willing to help and they keep blaming it on the internet, making up excuses coz they want to leave and close. I arrived there 30 mins before it closes but the guy there didn’t want to do it coz he wanted to close!!

Some staff members are knowledgeable and friendly—at least one is not. I recommend finding another place, as there are two other offices in Los Gatos close by.

From the moment I walked in Greg greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. He was helpful, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I needed a new passport photo taken, and ship my old passport, in exchange for a new one. Greg quickly assisted me, while answering all of my questions, and without any hesitation. This gave me confidence that I had everything I needed for my new passport and that everything would be squared away.
After our encounter, I shopped around for a few minutes and noticed Greg assisting customers while simultaneously helping his coworkers. You can tell that he's a team player and enjoys helping others. I highly recommend asking for Greg the next time you’re at this location.

I can't express how much I adore this office. The staff here exemplify attentiveness and efficiency, and they consistently get things done promptly and accurately. Just a week ago, I found myself in a bind with an urgent task – I needed to have a poster printed on foam board, as VistaPrint had let me down in terms of timing. Ronica stepped in to assist with my order, and her exceptional service left a lasting impression. She was not only polite but also incredibly understanding, guiding me through every step of the process and offering valuable advice. To top it off, my foam board was ready by the end of the day – that's what I call true professionalism! Thank you so much!

Impressive staff and their teamwork!!I went inside to drop off one of my package in the last minute where the pickup truck was almost leaving. I had to get a passport size photo and send my package in less than 5 minutes. One of the members helped me with the photo and other one with printing the label. Despite they suggested me to go another location in Campbell where the pickup time was later in the day; the team members at this location made it possible by sending out my package right before the pickup guy left. Thanks a ton!! You guys did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be more happier about the service you provided to make a customer feel valued.

Today is the 7th time FedEx sent my packages to the wrong address. Despite the fact that the shipping address on the label is correct, FedEx made up its mind and kept changing the correct address into the incorrect one. I have already filed multiple claims, but none of them help.

The employees used a HUGE box to package some smaller items, skyrocketing the (estimated) shipping costs to well over $100. It seemed like they didn't take their time to think through how they could have packaged things differently: poor customer service.
