I've started coming to this FedEx site by default and it's the FIRST and ONLY FedEx ship site to which I can ascribe a high rating and great experience consistently. Staff are very conscientious and they take of you quickly. I am SO GLAD and GRATEFUL THAT THIS PLACE IS HERE!!!

really appreciate this staff, helpful, friendly and gives a solid effort; Thank You! they know how to anticipate the evening rush and work as a team to get to as many customers in an efficient way, even tho they are on a skeleton crew. i needed reports bound with the spiral report covers and they clearly communicated what could be done in the time frame and met the promised deadline. they offer rush services w/fee, for anyone like me pressed for time - very happy customer here!

Fast and not much traffic towards the end of the day. Always pricey compared to USPS. Good parking! Have lots of packing and office supplies.

I had the best experience today with Ronica. She helped me get the packages out of my car and was super friendly and accommodating to me. I am 36 weeks pregnancy and scared to be indoors due to COVID, and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and was able to get my packages shipped and set up an account for me quickly and safely. Thank you and this will be my new go to Fed Ex!

I've been to many different FedEx locations, and let's be honest, this is a tough business to be in. I've had bad experiences at other locations but the group at Los Gatos seem to work much better at juggling complicated projects and complicated customers. I get it, the company is called FedEx, and every customer who walks and expects it to always work extremely fast. I do more printing than shipping and I'm pretty demanding with my custom requests because I'm in the graphic design business. They always go out of their way to understand what it is I'm trying to do and they offer up some great solutions so I really appreciate that. And because of this, I'm more forgiving when I have to wait in line a little bit longer, or they spend a little extra time giving good customer service to somebody else. Great job Sanjay and team, I appreciate the extra effort.

My experience with this young lady at the front have seriously left me with confusion. Did that really happen? I went into fedex needing to do a quick package drop off. I had my mask on, I was compliance, I waited in line. But I was in a hurry, and ask how much longer is the transaction. She said I don't know, my computer is loading. After waiting 1 minute I ask again, "could you tell me the estimated time, is it 1 minute 2 minute? My kids is in the car parked right out front." She then said and I quote " I don't f****** know how long it takes for the computer to load, it's not my fault you left your kids in the car" I was shocked. I just said "wow,...what is your name?" She answered "I'm not going to tell you my f****** name". I tried to maintain my composure, walked outside and bring my kids in. Mind you, all I wanted to know was how long the transaction was going to take. I did not yell at her, I did not call her name I did not make any rude comment to her. I just wanted to know a time estimate. It's reasonable question, she turn on her computer daily so she should have an idea of how long it takes for her computer to load. I talked to the supervisor regarding the incident and he apologize and seemed understanding. The experience have left me with confusion, was I being rude to her? Is she just having a bad day? Or is it because I was asian? Regardless of what it is, you're working in customer service, that kind of language is not acceptable. Needless to say I will avoid this location. She didn't tell me her name so I manage to took a photo.

Very great people work here. Sanjay, Fred and Givo are always there to help with anything and are like friends in the neighborhood. They work with great ethics and assist every need and very professional!

Worst fedex experience. The lady didn't want to help me, it was clear to see. She finally did and was very rude when helping me. Usually most places would put the lid back on the box of Missing person flyers I had printed she just threw the lid on top and walked away. Never ever coming here again.

I have been here a few times to ship and print large documents. They have a good system and love how self service most things are here.
