Had a great experience delivering my baby here. Professional and friendly nurses, lactation specialists and doctors. This location has a private mother-baby wing, which is very helpful for recovery after delivery.

My father has COVID and the doctor on call (so called 'after care') Dr. Natalia abrikosov wouldn't even speak to him or have a tele visit. She told my parents to go to urgent care. My dad has severe COVID symptoms. Incredibly rude and irresponsible. Absolutely disgusting.

Emergency Room in Los Gatos site is horrible. This is the second incident I experienced and nurses are just awful. Absolutely no bedside manner.I’m just looking to connect with Dan Woods ( CEO) and directly email him with all the issues.
