Large CVS Store but always very cluttered and poorly organized, often difficult to find what you need, you have to go back and forth in the store.
In addition, the carpet on the floor is absolutely not hygienic.

Must be a California thing…beware the pharmacy’s lunch break. Also close at 8pm. Insane vs. other places we’ve lived. Plan your day around *their* hours. Not customer friendly.

The people in charge of the pharmacy have no customer service skills. If you need something from the pharmacy, choose another location or Walgreens. Other wise, the front of the house is fantastic!

Indicated as open until 11PM on Google maps and in the CVS app. Turns out it closes at 8PM. Front of the store shows multiple business hours including the 11PM one…

Incompetence continues to reign supreme at this establishment. They keep reaching new lows-amazing.

Ty for your review. I was thinking of going to them. Now I'm not sure after reading your experience. Yes. Our system is broken. I was going to Walgreens. Will never return to them. They do not bill secondary coverages. I do not have a co pay
Their institution is lazy. I'm a senior and also worked up to this point in my lifetime. It's my turn now. Right. If you find a better CVS keep this post updated. Ty. Hope your feeling better. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!@@

Bad customer services! Never buy gift cards at this store. I bought a $100 Visa gift card and opened it the next day to find out it is missing 4 numbers on the card. I really needed the card for travel so came back the same day to the store to talk to a African female worker there. To my surprise, she refused to give me refund or exchange another card. Never be back to this store again!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that says a lot. Pharmacy staff will walk away from people and won't even acknowledge them. It's gross.

I've been a customer of this CVS for 13 years. I think our time together is over due to the way I was treated by pharmacy staff yesterday, while I was in excruciating pain.
I came down with my first UTI yesterday. I have torn an ACL, had surgery, broken a wrist…and I can tell you that I’ve never experienced pain like this. Ever.
I arrived at CVS at 12:34PM. The entire CVS pharmacy goes on lunch break from 12:30 - 1PM. A woman was being helped and I stood behind her. The pharmacy employee told me “I’m only helping her because she got here before 12:30. I can’t help you.”
Another woman came over to pull down a large privacy shade. I said, “I’ve been diagnosed with a UTI, my doctor has sent the prescription, can you please help me? I’m in excruciating pain and I need the antibiotic so I can start to get better.”
She said “No, we’re on break.” And she closed the shade in my face.
I went to sit down on a chair and just try to control the pain. I was sitting in the chair, literally crying from the pain — and I am *not* a crying person under normal circumstances. Not a single CVS employee approached me or asked if I was okay.
Meanwhile, because I was doubled over in pain and crying, I didn’t see a line of approximately ten people waiting to speak to the pharmacist when things opened again at 1PM. Neither one of the two women I spoke to at 12:34PM came out to see if I was okay or help expedite my prescription.
I got to the front at 1:10PM, and the woman at the register said that my prescription wasn’t ready. She said it would be expedited and ready in 5-10 minutes.
I sat back down. Continued to cry.
At 1:25PM, I went back up to the counter. I asked again if it was done. She said no, it was not done.
At 1:30PM, they called me up. At that point, I had been waiting for the prescription for almost a full hour.
I have had the good fortune of great health thus far in my life. I shudder to think about how that team must be treating the elderly and infirm — the vulnerable members of society who need help the most.

Indian pharmacist who works there is very rude! I had a bad experience while picking up my prescription. She doesn’t seem to have patience and doesn’t know how to treat a customer.

Update your hours on Google maps. You waste peoples time by being lazy. I’m happy to take away my 1 star review when you do your job.Update: They did nothing but Google accepted my update of their hours so I changed my review to 3 stars and hopefully that’ll save people from coming out at night thinking they’re open only to find they aren’t actually open.

Monika is an exceptional worker who provides great service at the pharmacy counter. She was quick, kind, and had a warm demeanor. Monika’s diligence helped for a smooth experience picking up medication.

Worst cvs ever, don’t come to this cvs even if you’re dying. The pharmacy personnel are so rude, and they provide you with worst service you can imagine. After 3 days receiving emails every 12 hours saying your medication is ready, they kept me 1 hour to prepare my medication with 3 times making mistakes. I was so frustrated and about to cry because I was so sick and they did not even apologize!!!!!

Avoid, awful. Rude, long waits, don’t even have their interpreters on hand like they said they do.

Don’t use this pharmacy unless you like long lines. The pharmacy line is always too long, and the staff member I interacted with today was rude on top of it, which never happens to me because I can usually diffuse a bad attitude- not hers apparently. However, if you need skincare items or other groceries you’ll be fine. The staff in front are great and the store is clean. They lost a customer today, though.
